hey besties!!
i'm back with a new knitting video. this was a lot of fun to make; it follows me on the whole process of knitting the balaclava. this was a pattern i made up as i went. i hope you love watching this video :)

Love this video! I made my first balaclava based off a RUclips video but I think this design with the piece on the top is nicer looking! I'm excited to try this out. I think the stretchy bind off is easier than the Italian bind off! Definitely look it up

Hey! I used one skein of drops alpaca baby silk, 4mm needles for the body and 2.5mm for the ribbing! good luck!

Would you say that balaclavas are beginner friendly?

i’d say they are! you’d have to be comfortable with picking up stitches, increasing and knitting in the round!
