Smith & Wesson pistols have proven themselves to be very good and reliable. Their revolvers are top notch and their pistols , in my opinion, are just as good as Glocks.
Shield Plus. 2+ years on, with multiple significant training evolutions, 3000+ rounds without failure, and I carry it every day. I think I will keep carrying it.

I was gonna say S&W huh, I own 3 firearms from that company and they have not let me down yet. My AR10 had a problem from the factory with the gas block and I found out that it was common with the particular Sport 2 chassis. But I fixed that easy ass fix and it's never had an issue since. I DEFINITELY stand by S&W. Hopefully most people who see the thumbnail watch the whole video.

I believe you. This is the first video I've ever seen that claims the M&P is "unreliable." I currently use a H&K USP which has never failed me but I would trust the M&P if I lost my main handgun and had to pick another very quickly. Source: so many owners who posted online videos say that they have had almost no issues with it. One reason I got an H&K over a Colt other than the staggering price difference was the brand's reputation for reliability.

All my weapons are made by S&W and I have never had any kind of issues with them, that is why I always buy S&W.
As well all my pistols and revolvers are all Smith and Wesson.... No troubles at all with any of my S&W weapons

Initially had a problem with with the top of the magazines - too narrow to allow next round to rise sufficiently to be picked up by the slide. Slight surgery with needle nose pliers remedied the few failures to load. Last 1000 rounds all worked just fine. Reliable as hell now.
My S&W never failed me.

I have a Taurus 357 8 shot model 608. Have had it for at least 5 years or more. Never had any of the problems this program said it had. It's one of my better shooting guns.

GX 4 issue fixed….great little pistol. They aren’t the only one to have recalls.
And it was only some GX4s, mine was not on the recall, mine has been a great gun.

My Taurus G2c has been amazing. I know it sometimes get's a bad rep due to it's low price but for me it's been wonderful!
The only reason I clicked this was it showed the Shield. So it’s not on the list? I love mine.
NOTE: My GX4 is not part of the recall.
I bought my GX4 for my NEW EDC in June 2021 and have had 0, No, issues to this date and have run over 2900 rounds.
Wasn't looking for a firearm that was Optics ready or had a 'rail'.
I wanted a small 9mm that would be the best for self defense, concealment, yet have quality and be dependable. I wasn't going to be in any shooting competition with the GX4 as I have other firearms for that.
Purchased the GX4 at my local Scheels and got the last one in stock at that time - 329.00.
Received the pinky extensions (2) for the two 11 rd mags that were included and that completed the grip for me....good to go with my pinky on board.
Of course my 13 rd mag comes with the extension.
That's all I needed to do to get the GX4 the way I wanted it on my hip...or wherever I carry it.
Recently upgraded to the Tru-Glow sights which is a great add-on over the factory sights.
Added the Hogue HandALL Beavertail Grip Sleeve specifically for the GX4 and GX4XL.
Do some have issues, sure they do. Did some Shield Plus have issues? Did the Sig P365 have any issues? Did the Glock 42 or 43 have issues? It’s a big yes to all.
I own 2 of the GX4 and never had an issue with either. I checked my serial number and mine were not part of the recall. I would trust my GX4 any time anywhere.
I own the original GX4 and the Toro and the Carry versions! I have put 500 to 1000 rounds through them and they always shoot no matter what the grain age or the manufacturer! I never drop any of my firearms because they all have the potential of going off if loaded and dropped! They are a dependable firearm! I will continue to carry mine!

I'm sorry you got a "lemon" CR920. It is my everyday carry. I've put over 1,200 rounds of various ammo through it and, except for a couple FTFs in the first 100, it functions reliably and accurately.
I have one too! It’s unfortunate it’s included here, coz I paid $750 w/tax. I hope to find out myself if it’s true coz I’ve only fired 100 rounds through it!
@@edwinsane3769 The model that they were criticizing in the video was the first iteration of the 920 that had a particular configuration on the barrel near the breach end. They changed the design and actually replaced the older ones for people who had bought them. If you got a recent version, it should be fine. I believe that all pistols can be finicky about ammo. Every pistol I own has had FTFs at one time or another. That includes CZ, S&W, Glock, and Taurus. Find the cartridges that your gun likes and is most accurate with and it will be fine.

out of every gun i own, shadow systems has been the best manufacturer to work with customer service wise. i had a problem with a loose rear sight. seeing as there press fit, they paid for shipping and replaced the slid just for the rear sight. no questions asked. hands down the best!

You show the man from USCCA with the sccy cpx2. He had to literally drop the gun in a bucket of mud and water with the slide open. To get the gun to fail. Then took the slide off poured a bottle of water over it. Put it back together and it worked fine. The cpx2 has issues with a lip at the feed of the magazine. Which will dig into the cartridge causing a jam. An easy fix file the lip off. And the pins could start to work themselves out at 500 rounds. Sccy has a forever warranty on all their guns.
I own a S&W CSX and the only problem I have had with this pistol is trying to remove the slide stop for disassembly. I don’t like to store a dirty pistol but I made a exception for this one. I live to carry and shoot but I do take care of my firearms! I a

I'm a Marine vet and as far as I'm concerned, it's the GOAT. Used it in combat and for home defense. I've fired numerous autos and haven't found a reason to change.

What a crock of crap. The Sig P320 has had numerous problem of it firing if dropped. My Glock 21SF, S&W Shield and MP 1.0 have never had one jam with close to 1000 rounds shot through each. All are reliable, accurate and safe.
I have a SCCY and it works every time I need it to work.
I’ve been carrying a Smith J Frame since my ‘68 rookie year and the current EDC is the 340PD in a pocket holster. My issued revolver saved my life three times in my 30 yrs on the job.
I had the Taurus tracker 627 and I think it's a great Revolver. Manufactured in 2019 7 shot and never fails me after hundreds of rounds😊
Love my GX4. Runs like a champ, great ergonomics, great capacity for its size, and very accurate. Plus, I don’t plan on dropping it. Haha

Says someone who has done zero research on Hi-Point. I have a CF380, never failed to fire anything put in it, look up some torture tests on it. Also have C9, same, never failed to fire.

Never bothered to keep count how many rounds I put through it but it's a lot and have only ever had 1 failure to load with a brand of ammo I don't normally use and that's been it. Not a single other issue. It's treated me good for the $170. If it was all I had I'd absolutely trust my life to it.

I got my wife the SCCY 9mm and it had alot of problems which turned out to be from an outsourced magazine. I contacted SCCY and they immediately sent me free of charge 2 new mags and we haven't had a single problem with the firearm since rather its fmj or hollowpoint it works flawlessly thank God because there's nothing worse than not having faith in your weapon

Did I hear the AI say it had experience with guns? They put the GX4 on here because Tarus is being cautious? AI said shadow systems proved superior to the glock and then recommends buying the glock? I go to several Taurus forums one dedicated to Taurus Revolvers and yet I see no one complaining about what is presented here. The main complaint about the Sig 210 is ammo capacity. That has nothing to do with trusting the gun. If your gun starts not going into battery it usually means you need to clean and lube your gun this can happen to any gun. Not going to choose a FN over a Sig as it will not be as accurate this also goes for the FN 5.7x28 pistol compared to the Ruger 57 that is far superior to the FN, and half the price. LMAO AI says the 1911 has a great trigger this is true but in the same sentence said it is a modern handgun that's funny as the design is over 100 years old (but it still beats most actual modern pistols). By the way I have held a P320 CSX and it does not feel like holding a 1911 at all. Haven't shot one so can't comment on that part. Don't know much about the R51 but it kind of reminds me of the Norinco model 213 in looks but I have to agree with the AI about the HighPoint C9. I bought one (YEET CANNON) as a range day joke but the joke was on me it has never missed a beat, but it is too big and bulky for a carry gun so I use it as a hidden home defense and range day fun gun.

I have fired the Smith and Wesson CSX and found it completely reliable and I can shoot it quite well. The trigger is not as good as a typical 1911, but not awful. Sorry you had a bad experience
Anyone who suggests a hi-point over anything has no credit. The only reason to suggest a hi-point is if that's all a person can afford and even then that person can safe and buy a different pewpew...
I have a 9mm Hi Point pistol and the Hi Point 995 Carbine. I have never had a problem with either even though I have heard that they have problems. Mine work fine even with the 15 round magazines.

I've seen it but haven't seen it shot ... the handguns even the yeet cannon I've personally fired and the trigger was shit and I had miss feeds , stove pipes .. now I know hi point is trying to make there handguns better and more appealing... my opinion is mine alone .. if you like it then so be it... at least you have something to protect yourself and your family.
I have all kinds of different makes of weapons. That includes the big bulky. Hi point. I love my Hi Point, it's very accurate. Shoots every type of ammo without misdeeds or light strikes or any malfunctions. They also have a lifetime guarantee. It doesn't matter if you're the first owner or the hundredth owner

Wont stop packing my 1960s vintage hipower. In has never failed to function since I got it in my senior year at highschool. 1973. The only thing I have replaced is the barrel 20 years ago. Brought the accuracy back.
I carry the S&W MP 2.0. Way more reliable than this lame video.

Taurus gx4 never had an issue the G2 I had a lot of problems with.
Shadow systems, own 2 never had a single failure shoots amazingly. The feeding issues were from bad mags. Funny the Glock 43 I sold because it wouldn’t cycle and Glock couldn’t fix it. lol never had a revolver including the 608 that hasn’t been flawless. wtf this guy just googles gun malfunctions and threw some pics up. 1/10 stars

Placing the Taurus GX4 on the list after extolling its virtues, simply because of a recall that didnt even affect the entire line, is lazy. It was a slim serial number range, and isnt an issue outside of that range. Out of the 8 I have had in my shop, only 2 were affected by the recall, and Taurus immediately emailed us shipping labels to return the weapons for free repair. They were informed of an issue, discovered the cause, then addressed it without hesitation. I own one myself that is sitting around 1000 rounds with zero malfunctions with a broad range of ammunition. The fact you recommended a finnicky Hi-Point as an alternative to another unreliable gun should have been the biggest joke.

I clicked on this because you have a picture of the Smith & Wesson M&P and I was curious to see what YOU had to say negative about it, because I've had no problems out of mine and I watch all kinds of gun reviews on RUclips and the M&P is rated as one of the top concealed carry guns. Therefore, you should change your image because that is misleading.

These statistics are really nothing to be taken seriously. Just don't know where the data is coming from really. I don't like to pass judgment untill I've had a chance if test it out myself. The information could be coming from someone whose only fired 1000 round through them. I mean thats not even close to a justified first full cleaning.
