At this point i think only non punjabi sikhs like this sister and brother are actually more close to Guru then punjabi sikhs. I did not know their were black sikhs❤ Although we all are equal in Guru's eyes.

Colourism is a sickness left by colonisation. Unfortunately even members within a family can be casually colourist to the other. I've seen it and lost my temper addressing it. I just thank the stars my father brought us up as Baba Nanak intended. Without discrimination and this should be standard for every Sikh. I shouldn't have to pull up people it's so frustrating. But I will continue to fight it until the conditioning corrects itself. Sikh and racism is a contradiction. 3 of the Panj Pyaare where dark skinned dalits. Shame on the Sikhs who have forgotten Gurus intent

yeah so true, i'm a punjabi Sikh and ive seen it a lot in the older generation but tbh those ppl dont yet understand the message of Sikhi yet. The newer generation dont realy care so thats good to see(probably due to to us being in different countries and growing up in the west.) SIkhi is for everyone lets stop closing doors.
