Actually it has all the umami taste in it, that's why it's good. If you leave it over night it will taste even better. In fact a lot of your meat dishes taste better over night. I like to eat this. Last time I studied in Penang, my friends and I used to go to a food court to eat this dish. When I was in Primary school in the 60's , a teacher of mine used to call me"bongkang" thinking I am a Hainanese. Haha.... Thanks for sharing.
