if this man could have just snuck up on a squad of actually strong quincy he could have made a massive difference in the war, sure it wouldnt work on the strongest ones (cause aizen says you can overpower hax with raw spiritual pressure) but if he used his holo mask and went bankai he could probably affect most quincy outside of Yhwach's elite

There's probably a percent difference you need to cross to negate abilities, and at higher levels, it requires a larger and larger gap.
