Same issue with my 2006. Watched several videos about related content, they were helpful, but yours was VERY helpful, especially when you explained the push-rod disconnect/reconnect. Please continue to make this kind of content.
Hey Kamal, thank you for this video. Same thing has happened to me 2006 Tundra. Was planning to work on it tomorrow when this video came to my feed. Thank again, very helpful.
Dude - Outstanding video - just fixed my 2004 Sequoia door handle - it would have been a mess if I hadn't watched this first. Thanks for posting. Go Hokies!
Thanks, I just tightened the door handle on my 2004 Tundra. The difference was that I had only one bolt on the left, holding the handle and the key lock. Maybe because mine has manual locks.
Raphaël Paquin Yeea, I’m sure that has something to do with it. It makes sense there would be more stuff with adding the power locks, thanks for the comment.
also, i have 2004 tundra as well. do you any idea why sometimes when i lock the door, either from remote or the door switch on the door panel. the door unlock by itself right away. and sometimes is lock and unlock repeatly.
stanley chen I haven’t seen that. Does that only happen on the drivers side? The only thing I think it could be is the door lock actuator could be going bad.
stanley chen I’m not sure but you can just get them from Toyota to know they’re the right kind but if you do get them from an auto store I think they sell assortments which will include different kinds and I’m sure some or several would work.
Your video was perfect..I had the exact same problem right down to the missing 10mm at the bottom of the door. Thank you sir!

Going to try this on my 2004 Scion XB
I cannot get the window buttons and door lock panel off. I don't want to break it off. What should I do?
