You should make a playlist of all your videos like this that don’t fit into any others and call it “Beginner Advice” or “Tips and Tricks.” Outstanding video!
Ever since i started playing minecraft i always build on flat platforms and didn't care about terrain at all, but now i'm more like a cottagecore type of builder who mostly build on mountains or near lakes/shore
I just came back to your channel I started watching you on tek topia ep 3 before you even had 100 subs and I stopped watching like around the beginning of the futuristic village I just remembered about you and I decided to come back and I’m glad you are still going I did notice that you ended tek topia but I’m ok with that because I was getting a bit burned out of it too just glad to see you doing so well
For the tops of mountains, diorite actually works really well to transition between snowy patches and stone. Calcite can also be used, although it looks almost completely like snow. Both allow a better transition between where it snows and where it doesn't, and you can make your mountains look more snow-covered than they would otherwise.
Thank you. So many times, when I watch one of these 'tutorial' videos, everyone just goes on an on about 'detailing' and 'shading' and all that nonsense with blocks and textures that either aren't naturally found in that area [deepslate or acacia longs foe example]. But no one thinks about 'How can I make this look good while sticking to the basic, blocky, minecraft style so that my build doesn't stand out so much from the rest of the terrain around it' So thank you for pointing that out. That said, Shading and detal blocks can still be very good and useful, when building on a large scale, where 1 minecraft block can be interpreted as a pixel. But that kind of build can be harsh when viewed from up close, or living in it.
god that gap between the two overhangs are just begging to have a bridge between them, I'd extend the overhangs a bit to put 2 small little houses there connect them with the bridge. Maybe a few more houses along the river, let me know what you think about that idea.
Bro noone does it manually there is no way, used to have voxel sniper allows to make rlly good terraforming fast, but its for 1.12 i think and am looking for new world edit extension but everybody talks about doing it manually like u 😢

That’s actually a great idea! I’ll have to do that soon :)

how underrated is your channel man!!! you definetly deserve AT THE LEAST 1 million subs, keep it up
Great vid, definitely an underrated channel
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I can't build, but thanks to this video, I can build at least a little bit.
I like your custom trees. Could you share the world seed and coords of the mountain? That looks promising as a site for a future base.
Of course the seed is -1937342845 and the coordinates are roughly -1100 , 500 :)
@@ItsMarloe thank you so much!!! much appreciated.
Exactly what I was looking for
I always love watching your videos 😊
