Thanks Tim
Great new video .Like it.Thanks.
Thank you Diesel Dave
You don't need to do 'added trimming' of platforms on curves if you do your original marking with the longest vehicle you will be running - end-overhang for outside-curve platform and mid-vehicle for inside-curve platform.
Very true except I got longer carriages after the initial build.
Very nice update. Thanks for sharing. Stay well.
Thanks 👍
Hello, I thought I better drop by to see what you are up to. Your benchwork is looking great. I look forward to your future episodes. I’ve sub’d and set up my notifications bell. I’ll see you in the chats and on your next update. Bye.
Thanks for the sub Norman
1/3 radius track, I am not heard this terminology before, how does that relate to inches
Its 505mm radius just under 20 inches
Interesting, that is a small radius, I find a 22 inch radius small, working on my layout, planning 24 and 26 inch radius
Its about the largest you can get away with on a small layout like this. Most train sets come with this as a standard fixed track curve. On bigger layouts you would use the biggest radius you can get away with.
