Cavern of Chaos 8 with different enemies - Pikmin 2

- You know the one. That one cave with a shower theme and over fifty Dwarf Red Bulborbs. What if you replace the Bulborbs with other enemies? Other... NASTY enemies.
Most of these clips were recorded on my first try, so if you see me do something a bit spontaneous, that's because it caught me off-guard.
The Men-at-Legs clip was recorded slightly differently, so you may notice a couple of absolutely tiny differences. Oh, and the fact that this is the Man-at-Legs from my previous video: an overly-vicious and overly-fast Man-at-Legs.
Song: boss theme from Rocket Knight Adventures on the Mega Drive.
This is probably my favorite community. They have pushed this game almost to its limits. Pikmin 2 being the way it is in general opened many ideas and can challenges.

Try replacing the Gatling groinks with waterwraiths and see how many minutes it takes each enemy layout featured to be killed.

Espyo So you DID try! :) I think the problem is the treasures being part of the boss and not the boss, or maybe the game can't load more than one of the same treasure.

Anyway, the game can have multiple of the same treasure for sure, check Challenge Mode. It's probably just internal scripting of sorts for the boss fight that expect almost everything to be exactly like it is on the final floor of Dream Den and such.

Actually, It was originally on the Gamecube, until it was eventually (and I do mean EVENTUALLY) ported to the Wii with improved controls.
