As a new Nepali therapist and a psychology addict is stuff is gold. I resonate with many extreme belief mentioned here. As a therapist I understand, first I start working on my own limiting beliefs and its a process, I am learning to have kinder rules for myself and check-on my positive and negative distortions. Thank you so much David Burns for the book feeling good and being so vulnerable with your own shortcomings online. The host’s intelligence is commendable as you brought in such important discussion and what a time we live in, I can try to understand these ideas from so far away. Grateful for the webcast.
