The scene seemed a little to busy looking with everything all on the grill at once. Also seemed to lack the same cool finesse as other chefs. This had a hurried vibe to it. I like it when its more intimate and the chef has finesse and cooks individually instead of a buffet in front of you.

    這整套流程繁瑣且原始,如果這套餐約200美元以上是可以,若沒有 就多餘了

I have trouble believing those are garlic chips (at the beginning of the video). They look more like banana chips of some sort. I've never seen a garlic clove that big around, and I've never seen anyone eat that much garlic! All the garlic I've ever seen is finely minced or crushed, and recipes call for maybe as many as two cloves (an inch long, and 1/2 inch around).

Don't understand why not kill lobster first. Roasted alive. Wtf. Have some respect on food
