Nope, he wanted the force to make a Darkside being but the force said fuck you and made Anakin of its own will to fuck with the Sith which Anakin did as Vader as he did kill Darth Sidious and then Anakins line killed Sidious again in Luke killing the most powerful version of Sidious.
