if you dont already work downtown, there literally is no reason to go to the underground. . a food court isnt going to change that. there needs to be a major attraction to get people to come that is also worth the risk of possibly getting shot if you take marta..... a casino is the only thing that might do that.
Unless City Government brings the crime problem under control this will be another no-go.
