Big changes by the end of the year ? Yeah right ? So that would be going into 2024 .If so it's going to do a Band-Aid patch job to get business for the 2026 World Cup .. I guarantee you instead of really developing the area properly.

Please sell it to a company that wants to really do something to make it a viable livable area. It's still just a big hole in the ground and nothing is happening. It was a nightlife center and restaurant bar area of Atlanta. What??? He must mean in the late sixties very early 70s.. this tells me they have no clue on how to really incorporate this into the fabric of the city's core. What happened to the apartments/condos in the plan from the other developer? You must have more people living downtown for it to become a vibrant City core and Underground Atlanta. It will never be a tourist destination unless it's authentic and has life around it 24/7.. You know with people walking their pets going to the local bars and restaurants as well as just mundane offerings like a damn grocery store. Is just another developer sitting on valuable property he has no clue what to do with it or probably really doesn't care.

Underground Atlanta has always been the place for businesses go to die. Since at least the 80’s.
