I realize he was being super delicate with the fish but man that was a super slow way of filleting a dolphin. We never gut them nor do you need to clean out the blood line to fillet out the fish. Also theres a lot of head meat in a male Dolphin.

한국명으로 만새기의 한종류인것 같은데...맛 없어요... 살도 무르고... 회는 사실 먹을만한게 못되고튀기면 또 먹을만 하지 결코 맛나는 생선은 아니에요.우리나라에서는 잡으면 보통 다 버려요
