Great reaction. I'm not sure exactly what the lyrics are, but 'BxMxC' = BABYMETAL Cypher (or possibly BABYMETAL Metal Cypher, but there are still some of us holding out for Bring Moa Chicken based on her answer to the first question in an interview - "How are you feeling right now?" Moa: "Hungry, I need to eat fried chickens").🍗🤘🦊 There is an official video which looks like a video game like Mortal Combat (I think that's what it is), but the studio audio is very autotuned - pretty much everybody prefers the live and that is so good - as you heard for yourself. They also talked about 'BxMxC' in an interview. SU-METAL: That was my first rap experience. For most of my recordings up until now, I would sing “la la laa” to create a sort of vocal line, and then lyric writing began based on that. But it was different for this track, they had a backing track and lyrics, and then told me to try rapping. So at first I was still trying to figure it out. In hiphop they call it…it was like…ah, I forget! MOAMETAL: Wasn’t it…f-…fall? SU-METAL: Uh…what was it… KOBAMETAL (their producer): Flow? SU-METAL: Flow! (laughs) To get a feel for the flow, I made a lot of different attempts to figure out what would be good. Like how to descend and ascend in pitch, and which timing would be the best to try the pitch changes. Even for the same phrase I’d try going a little ahead of the beat or a little bit behind it, while keeping the whole track’s balance in mind."🦊
And as usual, we see a load of Pyro effects that you won't use as often internationally. But what we see is her acapella version that already marked the difference . You really hear that it is her and het alone. In the european Venues she often enough stands alone and gives nearly halfbof her performance acapella and you recognize that she really handles all the raplines directly, without any additional support. That is really another kind of live. Butvthat is something that the huge arenas in Japan can't deliver, that the girl really stands their a few meter from you to give her performance.
Su- has had her rapping rhymes in Japanese. The lyrics are like a play on words, it could say they don't mean much, but it could also be read as something about smashing the old and making something new! It's a real 'BABYMETAL Cypher'. Oops, it's 'Bring Moa Chicken'. 😀

👍 👍
Great reaction
The lyrics to this song are... Peculiar. They don't necessarily make a whole lot of sense. They're more about the cypher than the meaning.
