    Potatoes - 3
    Light flour - 30g
    Potato starch - 20g
    Salt - 3g
    Salad oil
    How to make
    1, Peel potatoes and cut into sticks.
    Soak in water to remove starch, then replace the water and let stand for 10 minutes.
    2, Wipe the potatoes dry and coat the surface with [flour], [potato starch], and [salt].
    3, Put [salad oil] in a pan and heat, then add the potatoes while they are still cold.
    After cooking for about 5 minutes, remove the potatoes from the pan and heat the oil to a high temperature.
    4, Deep fry the potatoes again in the hot oil and when the surface is colored, they are done.
