This video was posted the day i went vegan. And I’m the 444th like. I’m guessing I shall trust this video.
Awesome 🤙 Only go vegan if you are still getting adequate nutrition ie the 90 essential nutrients the body needs to thrive, I found out its important to eat mostly fruit because it doesn't have defensive chemicals that so many vegetables have & release when consumed which messes up our gut bloating even though we get nutrition & ruffage from it. As a gardener you notice most the vegetable we eat today we didn't evolve digesting & they are hybrids not actually made in nature & its very hard to get the original seeds like wild asparagus before it was cross bred. I have found its more easier for me to do a fruit kinda vegan like fast every once in a while. Everyone should get tested & eat based off their own personal genetics ex (Mike Tyson can die from eating Kale) Going vegan can mess people up a lot & be very bad especially after years of malnourished nutrition not getting b12 & healthy animal fats. I like vegan for the compassion & mentality & the fact I've been a gardener my whole life & see the industrial farmings organic practices which actually wipe out more animals in ecosystem process killing all animals & natural predators in areas ground squirrels, rabbits etc The meat industrys industrial farming practices are terrible & if people are gonna eat meat & eggs I recommend pasteurized find local rancher & gettin everything dairy raw, bison high quality meat can never have hormones added since they are protected wild so that's your best red meat choice & im very picky over chicken. Hope you the best on your vegan lifestyle & check out Dr Wallachs 90 essential nutrients & get on a liquid vitamin. Doesn body wonders after 2 months. 🤙✌☯️

I’m actually sanding, by hand, an old table - drop side dining table… as I recalibrate my brain, both hemispheres simultaneously… solid Australian Oak wood. Then it’s having layers of hand waxing to protect it and lift it up to Life again… the table is from mid 1800’s and I’ve been promising to show it this loving respect for years…. Looking forward to the outcome, with this track I’m enjoying the process/journey of this tree and me. It’s grain has class, and shape is elliptical when fully open for sharing meals - I’ll be cutting out beautiful fabrics for my own creativity - Ohhh the times we’ll have

Isn't 40hz the natural brain frequency for removing plaques by light & sound...
I cannot hear the wavy sound on this one its super clear on the delta sleep video however despite that this video has been super effective at getting me focused enough to focus my vision to see past this reality it does help quite a bit i like to stare at the bathroom mirror while listening to this
