DELTA Frequency
This Wave Pattern is a high amplitude brain wave with a frequency
of oscillation between 0.5-4 hertz. Like other
brain waves, are recorded with an electroencephalogram and
are usually associated with the deep stage 3 of sleep, also
known as slow-wave sleep (SWS), and aid in characterizing
the depth of sleep.

I have been up for over 55 hours due to insomnia that I regularly suffer from. Even sleeping pills haven’t worked. I put this on and actually fell asleep for an hour.

Or you can consult a hypnotherapist. They can solve your problem from the root cause in just few sittings.

Without going to a whole big debacle of content,I overheard someone in my dream say I can't believe I'm actually doing this and then he looked at his hand and he started passing his hand through his other hand to make sure he's lucid dreaming like I do then he turned and looked at me with a really confused expression and then I woke up.

I have tight hands that don’t like to open all the way anymore, the first sign of a good video is when those hand muscles let go and then the rest start to let go too. The opposite of pain is pleasure and I live in chronic muscle pain so it is such a pleasure to get some relief with these amazing videos they make!
