Hey just want to post this to be accountable, I need to start better habits. I’ve been overusing caffeine, eating unhealthy things, been stressed out, anxious, lazy and irritable. Just started listening to your channel and I want to make a habit out of it. Videos like these really helped me break my old habit of alcohol/drugs and get me into the gym 6 years ago. Time to start taking accountability & grinding on health again 💪

How did you get to know brainwaves? What do you think of Rife frequencies? Im a loyal listener for almost 10 years now and I can affirm that you are really gifted in it. I never slept a night without headphones on since day 1. For me these are far out the most helpful tones that you can find on RUclips. Because its reduced a lot in its actual sound. Never thought about putting them on a vinyl record? Its the only machine that still can produce the frequencies that they have taken away from humanity to keep their power ;)

Six months ago I stopped I started listening to healing frequencies constantly. The only time they were off is if they shut off during the night. I overcame a thirty year battle with severe depression. I’m 51. All addictions or cravings for them gone. My battle with emotional eating is gone and I’m losing weight. My racing thoughts are now organized. I meditate most of the time to raise my vibration I’m now learning how to handle these loving frequencies around such a low frequency environment which I live in. I’m now learning healing light codes. I never had Covid. Covid is powerful and in the air. So are healing frequencies. Take Care!

I played this video while sleeping in the night. I usually play mantras and affirmation tapes. This was the first time I played a frequency video. I saw a really weird dream. But for the first time I knew I was dreaming while I was dreaming. It was of my departed grand father. Someone I did not have a good relationship with. I don't know what it means.
