Hi Alex! Great video as always.
Just a quick rundown of British Police acronyms to help you better understand which units to use for what.
CoLP = City of London Police - These units are in your Tech tab in this mod. London has two 'Police Services'. The Metropolitan Police which is most of London and the CoLP who Police a very small area specifically called the CITY of London.
IRV = Incident (Or Immediate) Response Vehicle - Basically, your on-the-beat coppers.
Area Car - A higher level of on-the-beat coppers. Typically a station will only have a couple of these vs a whole lot of IRVs. They're intended to respond to local issues quickly.
RPU = Roads Policing Unit - These are the 'Traffic Cops' that mostly deal with vehicle safety and compliance, pursuits and accident investigation.
ANPR Interceptor = Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera. Basically it reads plates and its common among Traffic units, but not all of them have them.
ARV/ARU (Or TROJAN) = Armed Response Vehicle. - As it says on the tin, coppers with guns.
CO19 = Specialist Firearms Command 19 - These are more armed officers, ARVs/TROJAN usually describe the unit, CO19 is the operational command branch for those officers.
DPG = Diplomatic Protection Group - These are the chaps in the obnoxiously red cars, and they're armed officers too, but typically used to protect important state officials and visitors.
Flying Squad - These are Undercover Officers, usually detectives, often trying to intercept crimes instead of react to them.
TSG = Territorial Support Group - In Lehman's terms, Riot Police. Their job is to keep public order. (In the London Mod if you equip TSG officers with a shield, rioters can attack them indefinitely and the officer never takes damage!)
MPU = Marine Policing Unit - These are your 'water cops', and also your rescue divers for water emergencies.
DSU = Dog Support Unit - On the tin, coppers with dogs.
EOD = Explosive Ordnance Disposal - There's only one EOD unit, the Land Rover above CO19's blue trucks. This is the Bomb Squad you were looking for.

@@TheNorthernAlex Additional Note - The CO19 blue trucks are usually the ones they respond to static situations in (Like hostage situations). ARVS/TROJAN units are patrol units that are out on the street.
I'm a massive Police Nerd from the UK, so this stuff is all second nature to me but to anyone else, its alphabet soup!

Ranger units are part of the "Diplomatic Protection Group", they are basically a branch of Firearms, who are specifically assigned to the protection of Government officials etc. TSG is the "Territorial Support Group" which are basically riot police.
Good video Alex . The bomb unit was the Land Rover above the jenkles labelled CYR. TSG is the riot squad so you know just in case . Although the mod is recent it's not accurate. The pumps are out dated the LFB upgraded to mark 3's which have a layout internally of a German appliance with the BA wears switching seats for their sets . On top of this London also has a new yellow PPE . Alex also so you know soho fire station has an ALP and two pumping appliances. It's a great mod but being a Londoner with a huge heart for the LFB I do just like seeing it done right in terms of mod accuracy.
Ok time for the briefing. Historically UK Fire brigade had probationary firefighters, firefighters, leading firefighters, sub officer (lt), Station officer, DO ( assistant battalion chief) , ADO ( battalion) and so forth . By the early 2000's this was replaced by the new system getting rid of leading ff's and replacing officer names.
I would say lff is the Lt and the sub would be a captain
No the leading firefighter is a firefighter but they have a small amount of seniority over firefighters the sub officer rides the pump in command of that appliance. The SO and the LFF ride the pump ladder so the SO is in charge of their station making them the captain.
@@owenreuby at my local station the lff would ride oic as it is retained so we have 4 lff and a sub officers we don't have a station officer
Yeah normally at one appliance stations you ride the sub sometimes a lff and 3 crew. However in bigger and busier Station hosting 2+ appliances there will be an SO .

TSG stands for tactical support group and respond to public order.
The ranger unit is DPG which stands for diplomatic protection group what protect V.I.P i.e Prime Minister.
The bomb disposal is CYR if you clicked it on the name of the unit bar it said what the callout said.
I think they changed it from station manager to station commander

I really enjoy both London, and Kent mod, but my biggest problem is Em4 doesn't support left-hand traffic. I know it's a minor issue, but seeing British emergency services using the wrong lane makes me die inside every time. 😂

BMWs are generally used as traffic units and are usually equipped with Automatic Number Plate Recognition too.

Nice to see you with a UK MOD. With the arsonist call, I would have sent the British Transport Police as well since it was a train station and they police the rail network. Just for realism sake. They can be found under the tech services.
Also before sending ambulances out its best to have a paramedic in them not just the technician (stretcher), as most UK ambulances are crewed by 2 paramedics or 1 medic and 1 technician

3:05 it depends what fire service it is. Some are called Station Commanders some are still called station managers
actually most are station officers
this is why you don't rush a ambulance

Depending on the fire service, some still have crew manager, watch manager and station manager, some don't. My fire service does.

You rarely have a station officer riding on a truck now usually there are sub officers or leading ff's
Ones in the cars are called station officers or group commander depending which brigade it is

To be honest, no because I only record with people that I know. Because you have to have chemistry to record and make entertaining content
Nice video as always, btw have you done any tutorial of how to make the game to not be lagged? Because when i play it, when the units, (from mods of course) turn on the sirens and lights, everything turns lagged, any help? Im following you not to much ago and i was always wondering how do you play it too good.

Are you sure you don’t have the automatic sirens deactivated ? Look in the vehicle panel if it’s active or not
