HEADS UP! I'm using the myotome levels found in most textbooks, but you may see some variability depending on the source you're looking at. Just double check that these are the same levels your professor wants you to know, before you cement them into your memory.
Very creative and super helpful🤩 Hearing and seeing the action together then having it repeated really gave me the lightbulb moment I needed😅Thank you♾️!!! I truly appreciate that you make learning fun and easy for someone like me who's been out of school for some time.
Hello, thank you so much for this video, it was very helpful. I would like to point out one thing which is that C5 has Shoulder Abduction but also has Elbow flexion. Thank you so much for the mnemonics.
Yes, this is important to understand as most muscles receive innervation from multiple spinal levels. The biceps receives innervation from C5 to C7, for example. Myotomes, however, (in theory) are assigned to the strongest level of innervation, but there is still some debate about which level is the "strongest." It is very important not to get hung up and think all shoulder abduction comes from C5, etc.
Thanks for your a greating job, May we have a mnemonics videos about the NS more and more like the nerves, a plexus .....,and the whole anatomy of it .
