Classic Game Room reviews the handheld Guitar Hero: 2nd Edition LCD video game which really works! It even says that it really works on the packaging so you know it's true!

Man, DJ Hero were great games.
I immensely enjoyed DJ hero even though i never cared for any of the songs on the game. Was actually a fun rhythm game.

It's hard to re-call. It's been such a long time. Only thing I remember was the plastic color. Which was black, I think.

punji73 Yeah I had Donkey Kong Jnr. Really good for an LCD game. They're worth quite a bit today. Nintendo's Popeye was also cool.
I have a V1 Guitar Hero LCD that I rarely play nowadays. When I was young, I would play this all the time.

I came here to do two things: (1) to support CGR, and (2) to find out what somebody meant by LCD Handheld Guitar Hero. And brother, I'm looking at it and I'm stunned!
Even with used Game Boy Advances available for like $15 they still manage to sell these things.

Double Dragon on the 2600! You just blew my mind, I had no idea that even existed. Also I'm surprised Mark hasn't done a review of this. At least not one that I can find.
***** Same here with the Atari Double Dragon, the fact she cared enough to get me the game is touching now, but it's still funny to look back on none the less.

well GH carbiner was an handheld but imagine back in 2009, Activision release a guitar hero 3 (Real original game) released on PSP or Gameboy advance if it works it would sell millions of copies but sadly handheld version doesn't exist except that carbiner.
My friend got this for me for my 11th birthday. Let's just say the gift doesn't keep giving...
It proclaims it has the best of Guitar Hero 1 & 2, yet it doesn't have "John The Fisherman" - Primus or either of Count Zero's bonus songs. It's kind of obvious they wouldn't be included, but it still makes me a little sad.
i have the red one based off songs from guitar hero 2 it has nirvana heart shaped box queen killer queen guns and roses sweet child o mine I'm not sure but it might have alice in chains them bones and if it doesnt then it should

The $15 price on that thing is worth the headphones I just bought to listen to all these songs in decent quality.
