It's roughly $120 USD but can't be purchased unless you go through a proxy. TOM is liscensed to sell it but is ~$204 USD. The are plenty of bootlegs floating around Taobao and eBay like usual.

you would be surprised at how easy it is to pickup Zbrush modeling with bit a practice. Painting on the other hand is a different story.
