I mean, to be fair, it’s made by a Chinese animation studio (Studio Thundray) who’ve also worked on Attack on Titan and Uncharted Walker, hence the Chinese dub. The game itself was developed by Chinese companies. ;P
Man I really wish the global version had the option to play all cgs with the Chinese voice. I personally prefer the Chinese voice lines but only the combat and menu voice lines are changed. I guess the issue is with how the video files of the cgs are formatted. Having to download the same video file for a different language would make the app blow up.

The actual anime artstyle for the characters is awesome and i got caught in the mood, easily could have watched a 24 min episode.
