I love this simple sonatina and classical sonatinas in general, especially when they’re melodic and whimsical. You’ve already made a video for Clementi (C major, no. 1). Are you familiar with Mozart’s Viennese Sonatina? I like that one as an introduction to classical music and form. It starts with dramatic octaves, followed then by my favorite measure, which, if memory serves, is a lovely, short chromatic passage. Just an idea suggestion for a possible future video. 🎉❤

Yes I love that movement and all of the Viennese Sonatinas! They are deceptively difficult but so beautiful.

This piece sounds like Beethoven's trying to sound like Mozart or Haydn.
