It is amazing what you find in walls! Back in the 80s I used to remodel old Victorian homes from the 1800s, I found saws, hammers, whiskey bottles (one that was still partially full) and even sex related things that I can not mention here. Many of walls were actually framed out with tree branches that were hand planned on two sides.
1:29 “All this weight” ~ the load is nothing but drywall and the framing you’re looking at~ 😱 all that weight ~DRAMA~ 2:30 ~Ridge support~ Why would the ridge need support there? Is that on the prints?? That’s a temporary kicker the carpenter used to hold the ridge up before installing the rafters. LOOK at it !!!!!! It’s nailed into the side of the ridge board … what kinda support you think it needs??
@@constructivainspections you have done your work exceptionally, without you bro it be so much work. I'm just talking about something completely different.

You've got a load path on your back? Okay, okay. 3:03
What a bunch of HACKS
I wonder why the hell do builders make a house so big if they are going to build it like shit anyways?
I trust they will fix everything on my report! ;)

Nothing a little bit of liquid nails and some decking screws can’t fix right?
The quality of lumber used is so poor, on top of the work. I’d never be able to let someone else build my house.
This is basic framing. Inexperienced carpenters did this.
Love your videos, but not your foul language. Have some integrity.
