Thanks for the feedback on videos like these. I tried to be more constructive in this one and less... _sensational._ I do hope the peeps in charge of this company consider the feedback and resculpt their website and business model. Would love to revisit them again in a few months and see how things have improved.
Review BlueGem PC next
Hi
The editing is top notch lately. Well done.
I think you're doing pretty well at giving constructive criticism and not sensationalist crap
peeps?
Hey Greg, you should pull a Gamer Nexus and buy one of these PCs and inspect and test the quality of these PCs and give a review
Not worth it if the system on the store itself is advertised with iffy claims .
@@tanmaypanadi1414 No, but it would actually let you figure out if if they are doing bait and switches with the things they actually ship. For example, switching the CPU to something cheaper/lower performing in the hopes that the buyer won't notice.
We would love to get a PC sent to him. If he wants to buy a random system without us knowing its him we encourage that as well! There are currently over 5000 gamers who play on a LYTE PC and we work hard to maintain our positive reviews
Depends on what their return policy is. Wouldn't cost too much if you can return it after the review.
Facts
There's no way they aren't just buying used parts with the age of those components.
@@yaris5150 and how do you know that?
I KNOW they are, they screwed me on ebay. They purchase used products on eBay for their computers, and then return the products to the sellers claiming that items do not match descriptions while asking if they can make a deal as they made a mistake in ordering. NOT TRUSTWORTHY
Horrible company the customer support is a joke they talk to u like they own super disrespectful I've a dispute with the bank against these guys if you are trying to get a broken gpu and wrong processor and not get a refund they are the best at that they are SCAMMERS.
Greg - I think you're being a bit too soft on this company. They're clearly misrepresenting their products. But overall, great job on calling them out.
The question was whether it was intentional or unintentional. And because I can't prove it one way or another, I won't make a claim in the video.
@@GregSalazar I understand. Making those claims without evident proof could smell potential legal troubles. (cough Craigslist) xD!
@@GregSalazar its all about the benjamins.

Hi hope we see more of you this year .
@@tanmaypanadi1414 Thanks! I have something planned with Greg as well. Stay Tuned!
Appreciate the constructive criticisms! Let me touch on a few topics here to hopefully answer some questions! 🤔
- We try to price our components as fairly as possible while allowing for fluctuations in the market price. PC components price change like a commodity! We want to be as reasonable as possible while giving ourselves room to breath for price fluctuation!
- In the gameplay videos we try to grab videos that have similar performance to what can be expected from this system until we get gameplay recorded for every game on each system we offer. On our RUclips channel you can see we are constantly launching gameplay videos and working hard to get this fixed. Our goal is to give customers who don't have a knowledge of how parts will perform, a rough idea of what to expect
.
- The Product images are stock images for some of our newer systems but we are working to improve that consistently. The goal with the images is to show off the case. Totally see where you guys are coming from and we are getting that fixed. Sometimes its hard to do as much justice for the case as the manufacturers do!
Again, appreciate the feedback and everyone that's on our side. We are working hard to improve everyday and look forward to continue to grow! Everyone that has bought a PC from us, much love! ♥♥
Received your email as well. I appreciate your genuine desire to improve. We all could use a bit of that. I'll follow up very soon!
👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Your second paragraph. Let me stop you right there. When you have a third gen i5 chip listed for three times what it sells for on eBay, you can't chalk that up too market fluctuations. That's straight up bullshit.
An i7-5820K for close to $300? Total bullshit.
I don't know if this company has the capacity to be honest.
@@jordydrop We cant and dont buy items off ebay. You cant compare our prices to eBay prices. If you can find us an i5 3470 from a registered distributor for $30 wed love to see it!
@@LyteTechnologyInc if you don't buy any of these cpus from eBay, then please stop using horrible cpus (for 2020's standard) like the 3450 and gpus like 1050 2GB. Add something like a 1650 and a Ryzen R5 1600 at least for the budget system. Then throw away the 5820K and 270$ ish x99 asus mobo; grab something like 3700x and cheapo x470 board. Let's assume you haven't gotten any of these super old cpus from eBay. In that case, I am pretty sure your registered distributor is highly over charging you. Google a bit, follow good YT Gaming PC hardware related reviews of Greg's channels, Hardware Unboxed and you will soon get basic idea about parts price performance ratio and know why it's very bad for the consumers to buy SUPER OLD gen hardware
The Second System is sooo "oof"...
You can get any Fujitsu or similar SFF for around 40-50 Bucks with an i5 3470. Throw 16GB Ram and a GTX 1650 Low Profile in and be about half the Price AND even have much more GPU horsepower...
i just did that 3 Weeks ago for my TV PC.
It's called htpc from what I recall
Not tv PC but I get it
Try playing some retroarch stuff
Use similar set up but with 1050ti though with r3 1200
Yup , I have a similar set up out of an old HP Compaq SFF. 3770 i7, 32gb ram and gtx 1050 ti. Only about $220 into it, but all used parts. Biggest issue with the older SSFs, is the PSUs don't have much extra wattage for GPU upgrades.
This business is walking on thin ice using branded company's images as their own. If this company is based in America, they will definitely eventually be sued and go out of business.
How so?
Pretty sure the graphics of the pc's are made by the company lol where are you getting your info? or are you saying things just to say them
Almost all of our images are shot by us. The few that arent we are working to updated ASAP. Otherwise they are stock images. Completely legal
Cyberpower and ibuypower are cons. They give you dead or very used parts to have you call them and get a rma then charge you $80 to ship it to them so they can do it again. After the second time they will tell you thay you will not only pay for shipping but now you will pay for the parts. I never bought from them but i understand what they are doing.
@Rory Dobson if you’re disappointed give us a call and we’ll make it right!
Woah Woah wait a minute. The game footage Lyte is using isn't even from them at all! It's from a RUclipsr called zWORMz Gaming; I recognized the thumbnail for Fortnite and the Apex gameplay uses his exact overlay to count FPS. Does he know his gameplay is being possibly stolen to be used as advertising?
We dont claim that specific gameplay is on our PCs. We just include links to gameplay with similar specs so customers who dont know much about parts have a rough idea on the performance to expect!
Lyte Technology Inc nah bro that’s lazy.
Wow I'm glad lyte has seen this video. That's hilarious. Must feel weird knowing that we know what's going on. The best business models are based around... Deception? Best of luck to you, lyte PC.
@@LyteTechnologyInc why not use your own footage though? You make the PCs right? Surely you test them to make sure they work properly right? Would it be too much for you to load up fortnite for 10 minutes to record the footage and fps yourself?
@@TheMidnightillusion yeah but that requires effort
That background music was in a porn I saw lol so since I listen to most RUclips vids thats all I could think about lol
You didn't notice the "Gameplay on this PC" was random RUclips videos of the games? For instance their Intel system with a 1080 had videos of a Ryzen system playing GTA V with totally different specs. The videos have zero affiliation with the company, and the way I see it that is completely misleading and sort of feels scam like. I checked almost every gameplay video on their PC listings, hardly anything matches up. All are just random YT videos of the games. Most appear to be from a RUclipsr called ZWormZ Gaming, who as far as I can tell isn't affiliated with the company. I wonder if any of these RUclipsrs know their videos are being used to market PCs. It's not just a few mismatched specs on the videos lol. They are just rando gameplay vids!
Julian Uccetta zwormz is a trusted youtuber tho and he lets companys use his video
I don't want to sound like I'm defending them or anything but maybe they are bumping up the prices to somewhat a reasonable price so they can make a profit from the PC. If you think about if you were to build a PC with the intention to sell it you would list the prices a little higher than the cost to actually build it so you can make a profit from the PC and not just make the exact amount that you spent on building the PC.
The issue is they send you old parts and 90% of the time they’re broken. The company is just scummy
@@runmare ah okay that makes sense:)
If they’re selling used parts this mark up is just straight greedy. How can cyber or ibuy have a 600 pc with way newer components and lyte uses generations old hardware and is the same price. There’s a difference between making honest money and ripping people off
thanks for pointing out the obvious lol it’s pretty clear they’re marking up every single component then adding a “build fee” on top. It would make sense if the parts were new but they use old parts
Wow what a high quality video!

It's using a tempered glass PCI-E power connector. You just can't see it.
they're probably just using the stock case images. I see a lot of cases being sold with like the image of a full system inside and sometimes they have mistakes like that (especially with cheaper case manufacturers), which may or may not be intentional to make the "build" look cleaner.
They are absolutely insane for charging $389 for a gtx 1080. I have an rtx 2060 in my personal rig and I paid $379 for it.
They are charging $800 for a 3070 when nzxt is charging msrp.
I was so mad, I bought the wraith because of the performance advertised it was advertised to push 130-170 FPS on fortnite and I contacted them about because it doesn’t reach anywhere near that and they said “yeah that’s wrong” said sorry and fixed it on their website, honestly felt like i deserved a refund

Lyte Technology Inc I’ve already contacted you guys and I was not happy, I thought I payed for 130-170 FPS (which was advertised at the time) but all you guys did was tell me to make sure my cpu coolers are screwed in good and thanked me for catching that mistake on your website. The only way I’d feel satisfied is if I get the performance I thought I was paying for.
I think they never tested it they just assumed it would be like that

I got a Gigabyte R9 270x Windforce x3 card in 2014 for $67 shipped.. that however doesn't change the fact that at the time on newegg that card was selling for $225. Not defending either side just pointing out an empirical fact.
I bought a pc from them and it’s been nothing but a giant headache tbh, the computer I received was nothing like the pics and a lot of the parts were different too like it was supposed to have 1TB HDD and they legit give me 500GB HALF of what it was supposed to be. I tried calling and emailing them and the one time they answered my email it was just “we are so sorry what can we do to make this right” and I told them I wanted the pc I ordered and PAID for. They have time to make all of these cringe worthy annoying ads but won’t return an email or call. Please save yourself the headache and buy a pc from an actual reputable company so you don’t have to go through the process of a chargeback like I do now to get my money back.
Jack Colby pretty much the same issue with mine, Extremely dissatisfied.
Same thing with mine. 430w psu instead of a 450. Got a rx 580 4 gb gpu instead of the 1060 3 gb which that I dont care about. Missing io shield for the motherboard. Unactivated copy of windows 10 pro. Got a 500 gb instead of the promised 1 tb. Emailed them and told them about the storage. They apologized and sent me another 500 gb hdd. The drive was DOA as I tried different data cables and the computer wouldn't even read how big the drive was. Emailed them about it again and they sent out a 1 tb to make up for their mistakes(even though I was suppose to have a 1 tb to begin with). Got that and it works. Still missing a io shield despite having asked about it a few times and being told they would send one out. Not even going to bother with it. I'm in a discord group with about 19 other people that have all bought computers during this pandemic and almost all of them have had something wrong one way or another. Messaged one guy on Facebook about all the issues I had(which are now sorted out. Even upgraded the cpu myself cause the one I had was junk due to very low playability of games even on minimum specs) who was waiting on his own computer and he messaged the company saying he has heard of multiple people having issues with their computer they recieved and they pretty much told him they didnt know what he was talking about pretty much calling us complainers liars.
There is nothing wrong with taking old OEM junk and trying to give it a 2nd life, but it must be priced accordingly and presented honestly. There is still plenty of demand and sensible profit to be made on this type of endeavor.

i wholly disagree with the "don't pay 75 bucks for a windows 10 license" you should unless you are a system builder, ALWAYS pay full retail price for a windows 10 key. a retail key gives you a bit more flexibility when it comes to licensing and upgradablity. with a grey market key, MS may decide to void you key, with an OEM key you will not be able to change anything significantly, and ONLY with a retail key will your license generally last a few upgrades and reinstalls. there are other legal reasons why you don't want to buy a grey market key but that's not always that important. these usually come up if you are a system builder or a business, as MS will want you to buy volume licensing from them and not pay a grey market for their product.
i follow these guys on instagram and it seems from their stories that they just play games all day.
I’m furious!! I made a purchase on February in advance to my sons birthday to surprise him. they took forever to send me a Pc with different parts since the original ones that came with the pc I order we’re not in stock . first Pc didn’t send signal to the monitor or mouse , second Pc replacement came out with glass door screw broken and cable panel screw bent they asked me if I can’t switch all parts to a new case which neither I or my 13 years old son know how to do that , they asked me to sign an agreement were it state that they will send me a replacement and as soon as I get the new one I committed my self to returned the other one. I don’t know why they just simple send me a label to return it in the first place . now the replacement for the second replacement came out with the front panel case broken which I called and send them pictures right away after opening the package they told me to send that one back also so I send both PC the same day and now I just received an email stating that they received one of the pc but only the case an all components were gone ! Like really now Lyte technology is accusing me ! I have pictures of every single broken and nun fictional pc they have delivered to me
They keep telling me that both pc got damage on the way here so must be the drivers fault braking them and now they have the audacity to imply I have took components out and I will be charge for them when I didn’t do that nor I know how to removed them if so I would just asked for a new case ! Lyte apparently didn't appreciate my knowledge. There were multiple comments deleted.

"Build yourself price"
Sure. Straight scam.
I understand that the prices are little over the top but they have to make money from this business. If you do these (used) computers your self you have to make money for your hours. That windows licence could be cheaper tough. But I don't understand this whining about those computers, most of them are better than acer.asus, msi etc prebuilds which you can't upgrade alot. Sorry for my language, not a native. Greg find some other sellers to whine at.
And it's a different story if you can build your comtuter from the beginning, then ofcourse you can save your money.
I have a Lyte Hyper and all of the FPS they showed is actually less than what I actually get. On the sight they said between like 130-160FPS on low on fortnite but on high I actually get 240FPS in creative. So honestly without trying it out you shouldn't say there bad. But I have 144hz monitor so I just cap it at 144 and in pubs/arena I switch it to low-medium settings and still get 144

I saw an ad for them and cringed really hard. It was bad. Really bad. They need to fix their website. Also, the random angle, when you were talking, was a distraction.
This has been an interesting video indeed because I never thought I'd see darkFlash outside of Asia, they're a lot more common here in MY since a lot of custom system builders here are using their DLM21 mATX case for the price and aesthetic. They even released a mesh front panel version of the case with RGB case fans because of the mesh craze. (Definitely not trying to trying to copy the Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh lol)

Everyone if a company bumps their prices is how business is. If they sell it at cost they will not survive. Greg knows this. If they are making $100-$200 a build that's fine. If you don't know how to build than get a pre-built. I agree most of the time with Greg in this case I don't completely agree with him. I purchased a "Nova" PC and actually received parts that were better than those advertised. Instead of a Nvidia GTX 1060 with 3GB of VRAM I got a Radeon RX 580 Gaming X from MSI with 4GB of VRAM. Unfortunately my PC came with a 500GB HDD instead of the 1TB HDD advertised and a 430 WATT PSU as opposed to the 500 WATT PSU advertised. However I contacted the company and within MINUTES I received a phone call from the CEO himself. He graciously apologized for the inconvenience and is sending me a 500GB HDD and some accessories as rectification. The reason my system came with a 430 WATT PSU is because they recently stopped buying the 500 WATT PSU as it was from a less reputable company and had a one year warranty. So they decided to go for a 430 WATT PSU from a more reputable company with a three year warranty instead. He apologized for not notifying me about the change in PSU and admitted that it was a mistake on their part. I would also like to add that after receiving my PC I added up the prices of all the components on amazon and what I got was actually worth about $300 more than I paid for. I am not saying I disagree with this video and I do think they need to update their website with accurate information.

I bought a pc from these guys awhile ago. It came broken 4 times. And their customer service stopped being friendly after i told them I wanted a refund.
Same my PC came with broken parts
@@holyghostreapers9485 I'm not getting it then. Ugh. I was so exited to get it. Do you have a recommended pc for a similar price range?
Did u get it
I think I might just get a refund
@@holyghostreapers9485 did u get a refund
I bought a light hyper near Christmas not really knowing anything about pc’s. (Still kinda don’t)Yeah it’s alright but i probably could’ve made a better one for the $600 I spent. Thinking of upgrading to i5-9000F new gpu and motherboard but it’s all confusing to me
Domonic Daniels I feel your pain man..I feel your pain
I wanted to get into pc gaming but every time I listen to some one talk about it my head starts to hurt
building it and figuring out parts aren’t hard
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
DO NOT GET A PREBUILT PC
if parts are too hard ask someone to find them, watch bitwit video on how to assemble, btw unless u have a m.2 ssd u only need a #2 Phillips
or u cna just pay someone to build
I have ordered my lyte hyper and its amazing for a starting pc And the costemer sercice is alao great i do recomend this company for a pc
Gg Gy also really seems like your reaction is staged
Aidan G lif I ever get a gaming pc it’s gonna be a prebuilt because I can’t build stuff lol
Jay not hard to build but if it seems like it
there’s guys who will build it, usually a $100 fee which is same as prebuilt if not lower cuz companies lie about prices
ik a dude who builds for $25 but idk if he ships
$ = USD
2021 just getting onto this and nice you shine a light on PC building sites. Can you recommend a legit company thats builds gaming pc for those who don't want to do it themselves? Great video
I built a PC similar to that "Diamond" PC. Same CPU and RAM. My storage configuration is different as well as the graphics card, case, and power supply. I have an R9 380 4GB, 128GB SSD with 320GB HDD, a free case I got from a friend, and a 550W power supply. I built the system for $200. If you add in a price for the case and a better hard drive, you will hit $250-$275 region. That "Diamond" PC is pretty overpriced.
Edit: I also have an OEM Lenovo motherboard with a Windows 8 Pro key baked into the BIOS that also activates Windows 10 Pro.
I really don't know why you would be surprised or offended that this business is charging higher prices for their parts than eBay. Buying retail from a business is a completely different proposition from buying privately from an individual on an auction site, even when you're talking about used hardware in both cases.
Look at the prices in places that sell used items retail (like GameStop, or CEX here in the UK) and compare them to the prices you get on eBay and you're likely to see such a price difference. That's just how it works, it doesn't mean it's a rip-off. Retail sales are just a different market from private sales. Just like how wholesale is yet another different market. It wouldn't be apt to compare retail prices to wholesale either, would it?
You know whats up
I've worked with this company in the past, scavenging recycling yards and selling them the components they use. I'd say I was underpaid by them considering the stupid high profits they're making. Ask me anything about their business.
Interesting! Thanks for the insight.
@@GregSalazar absolutely! If you want, you can DM me on Twitter for more info @DrAwesome821
And me. I've known @DrAwesome for a very long time and him and I met the owner together
Not too sure if we have ever had any correlation with you. I know back when we used to sell used business computers in our storefront we would purchase used items from recyclers but not since we started manufacturing gaming PCs
@@LyteTechnologyInc I recall selling you guys several systems in the past. Mainly Core2Quads, maybe some Sandy bridge stuff.
Ordered desktop in store from lytetech. $2,300
I asked for 3080 and i9 10850k +ddr4 36000mhz 16gb. I provided my own m.2 with windows installed, cpu cooler, and my power supply. All they had to buy was motherboard, cpu, gpu which they had, ram, and case. They took 2 weeks to build my desktop. Turns out. Cheap and ugly. They used cheapest z490 motherboard asrock z490 pro, xpg 2666 16gb ram doesnt over clock more than 3000mhz, cheap case fans. I also gave them my old asus prime z390 motherboard for free. Take my advice, do not get it.
But did you get a 3080 lol?
You rock Greg bud! thanks for the content
Thanks for the support!
Damn was honestly really looking into a lyte master pc . But this video now makes me turn possibly away . I dont think I have the knowledge to build but idk. Now i dont know what to do or even look for.
Just watch videos on how to build a PC. It's so simple
I’ve gotten multiple ads of this company on RUclips and insta... and roasted them in comments
So overall it’s a scam
I actually saw an Ad for this yesterday
Got one shortly after watching this video. Was the most cringe-worthy thing I've seen lately
The fps listing from fortnite with the first config is also wrong. My 580 8gb barely hits 144 fps with low settings and 720p. (I play on 720p cause I want more fps rather than quality)
@trash uhh that's not how it works lol
I know the owner of Lyte Tech personally. I have known them since they were in their first building and in fact I was in one of their advertisements. I'll push this video their way and let them know. They are literally down the street from me. Feel free to message me with any questions.
Why message you to have you ask them when people could just ask them directly? Seems like an unnecessary extra step.
@@derekgalbraith1508 I know their business very well. I know all
@@909tylor OK, you know their business very well. That's awesome. But that still doesn't answer the question of why someone would insert you as a middleman in the interaction. Why have the extra step of asking you when someone could just ask the business directly?
You knowing the business very well provides no advantage. The business itself also knows their business very well. Asking you just delays and confuses the process.
@@909tylor bro can I get your discord please so we can talk
@@derekgalbraith1508 it does tho, more likley to respond, kinda of like what a music label does
My brother bought a pc from there… took 4 months to arrive but not terrible.
Sorry....over a grand for a 5th gen CPU?! Was I reading that right?
I paid over a grand for my PC with a 2nd gen CPU........2nd Gen Ryzen! Oh, snap.
Honestly anyone who is interested in this service should just use NZXT BLD. At least there you can pick every piece and know each model. This company just seems off to me
I can build any pc wit that company
If they want to sell their services as computer builders, remove the windows OEM price link the build they are selling to pcpartpicker or amazon. Take down mismatched or false images remove those performance benchmarks and repost accurate videos. And god please label the power supplies. If you don't want to do anything at least label the damn powersupplies
They advertise using new and used parts. The fact that you’re breaking down the company for making a profit just backs the fact that you’re a know it all. Some people just want to buy decent pcs that play games. The pricing isn’t bad when comparing other brands.
Why is it such a big deal for people to want to spend less than 1000 on a pc? And why do you feel the need to dumpster on those who can’t build their own?
Why are you shilling this company?
Box of VHS tapes I have no relation to the company at all. Nor do I care to. Just sick of elitist pc guys that think everyone is exactly like them
@@musiclover9898 Did you not watch the entire video? This business publishing false information at the very least out of ignorance. This is not about elitism, this is about spreading false information intentionally or not to entice an individual into buying something. I would wager it was intentional but that is besides the point.
5:30 Hell no. That is not a reasonable GTA V fps for an RX 570. I run an RTX 2060 and I'm getting those same numbers. I doubt that a 570 can match a 2060 even if paired with the best CPU
A little late to this, but I wanted to share an experience with Lyte Game PCs. My brother bought the "Lyte Horizon PC" from them, and the pc experience was not good. First the build was different from what was listed on their website. They built in a Gamdias Talos M1 instead of the listed Rosewill Zircon, used an Asrock board instead of the Gigabyte, a ThermalTake powersupply instead of the EVGA listed, and the 1 TB HDD turned out to be 2x 500 GB drives. All not super big deals to me, just misleading at best especially if a customer liked the case listed and shown on the site. Second while their website states that current processing times are longer (8-12 days), the pc he ordered took over a month to be built and shipped. Finally, when the computer did arrive yesterday, the pc was dead on arrival as whoever built it did not put the cpu in properly and bent pins when putting the cooler on top of it.
As of right now I am waiting to hear back on refunding since it was delivered on Friday and Lyte is not open on weekends.
I also did a mostly complete write-up of what happened with some pictures on my website.

It is pretty strange hearing you advocate CD Key websites when they're collectively known for being shady not 100 percent legal.
I personally wouldn't buy a Windows key from a website, man. I have purchased a 19 dollar Windows 10 Pro key from a website that I *assume* I researched fully, and my key was flagged and invalidated after 6 months by Microsoft.
I'm leaning towards just being ignorant but, IDK, I can't count how many tech blogs/websites I've read, describing how the keys come into possession and it's all very.... grey.
You have to also think about, tech support? If they have it, and warranty Is probably handled directly with them.
Bought a i5 gtx 1060 from their website for 500 😳
Yo Soggy gtx 1060 is legit like $80
oh my god. idk why but you being tilted in frame really irked me. it made me super uncomfortable
So i this a good site or nah i legit just bought a pc from here
TheyCallMeRobert I just bought one yesterday after doing a bunch of research on the site and now I see this video about how shitty they are supposedly. I’m hoping my Ultimate is great.
Just build your own
what can of legal trouble could they realistically get in for this?
my friend told me about this company and i said "oh never heard of them" he said "yea they are pretty good with budget stuff and only charge 100 extra" this video helped so much thanks
Horrible company the customer support is a joke they talk to u like they own super disrespectful I've a dispute with the bank against these guys if you are trying to get a broken gpu and wrong processor and not get a refund they are the best at that they are SCAMMERS.
My friend bought off of them a couple months ago, and finally received it yesterday (and the website said a couple weeks shipping). He set it up today and realized the CPU and GPU were not the ones he paid for, website said gtx 1060 and he got RX 570 armor 4g oc, like what...
It says on the website that they may use other gpus that run just as good as the ones advertised because it’s hard for them to get the correct parts during this quarantine. Maybe your friend should read what he’s buying before he buys it.
@@chikinonfrydai oooh bullshit he should get what he pays for
I haven't purchased a computer from them but I am considering it. However one note I'll add. You said it looks like they're sourcing parts from old builds and PCs. While it's not what most companies do. LGP stated in Ads and I think somewhere on their site. That they do source it from old PCs. So they let consumers know. They do it to give people a cheap option while still giving a system that has decent specs
Countdown to legal battle with Lyte in 5...4....
4:40 Uhmmmm my 8600k 2070 Super puts out 1440p 130+fps at max settings on Modern Warfare with Ray Tracing and AA disabled..

scam company without a doubt. Just build your own...it isnt that hard and saves a ton of money
Thomas Embry not everyone wants to build their own and not everyone can make a good looking pc
They shouldn’t charge for windows at all, considering it’s not activated.
I am 2 months and $700 into dealing with these guys and still don’t have a working PC.

LOL...if you can buy "windows 10 for $10", why doesn't your link offer windows at that price???
The only reason ive heard of this company is because the owners girlfriend post her butt on the gram. 😂 she advertises by posing with their systems. I checked them out for the heck of it and then in the proceeding days I got spammed with sponsored ads of them on Fb and IG.
As for grounds for taking them to court, they basically only need a phrase that says images are from final product or something like that.
they scammed me, they sent a pc that doesn’t even work and their customer service is horrible
Should I cancel my order and which computer did you get ?
Common misconecption about this website is that they don't list the component brand when they do. You just have to click gameplay and scroll down.
??? The gameplay footage they link was completely mismatched, and the specs didn't match the photos.
Greg Salazar the specs are correct they just put in photos of some other persons build with the same case
