I will not lie. As a kid, after watching this movie, I just kept saying the word “cuss” whenever I wanted to actually cuss.
Same
I'm going to start doing that every now and then now
This film was co written and directed by Wes Anderson (Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Grand Budapest Hotel, The Darjeeling Limited, Moonrise Kingdom, Isle of Dogs, The French Dispatch, & Asteroid City). Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe, Jason Schwartzman, & Adrien Brody who have voice acted in this movie are all frequent collaborators of Wes Anderson.
14:14 - 14:25
Me: EVERYTHING IS NOT GOING TO BE FINE, BILLLYYYY!!!!!!
20:33 - 20:35 In the words of a mad scientist played by Jim Carrey; “No but thank you for asking…” (finger snap)
now watch isle of dogs--
P.S. the wolf scene is my FAVORITE
6:58 that’s actually from Danny Chapion of the world about fesent poachers, same author Rould Darl
This is one of those movies that just special
WTF did I watch. I never seen this movie before
Stop motion and Wes Anderson just goes together so well
They should watch "Isle of dogs"
Like chocolate and peanut butter!
@@CoolCatDoingAKickflipDEFINITELY
All we need now is a collab of Tim Burton, Wes Anderson, with a dose of Jim Henson and Ardman Animation!
Bonus points if A24 can help too!
Agreed
This is an incredible stop motion moving I'm very happy your reaction to it
Curse auto correct I meant movie not moving

I only saw this movie once as a kid, and it really left an impression on me. To have only seen it once, I still remember it so clearly, like it was part of my childhood. I remember just adoring the overall vibe. The humor, the story, the characters that felt so grounded, how they talked..
It will be fun to see how much I actually remember because I don't think I have ever seen it after that one time many years back lol
I think it's funny how the animals in this movie are civilized, but they go feral whenever they eat, or whenever the situation calls for it.
I also think it's strange they say that Bean is a turkey and apple farmer, but they never actually follow up on the turkey part, or even refer to it again.
I love animals in movies like that. They act like humans but are still animals at heart
Isle of Dogs next please 🙏🏽 😊
Wes Anderson's filmography is so underrated and influenced by his time in animation: Grand Budapest Hotel, Djarling Limited, Royal Tannenbaums, Life Aquatic, Rushmore - All 5 Stars & the rest are easily 4.5
I had the same thought in mind. They should watch it, it's incredible .
Yessss definitely!
I freaking adore this movie.
It's so wonderfully weird, even for a Wes Anderson movie.
Read the book in school then the teacher let us watch the movie once it was made
Foxes a well-known for being one of the most avaricious creatures in the world. Basically when it comes to the seven deadly sins. The fox would be the perfect animal symbol for greed.
Literally my favorite movie during high school and brings back so many memories. I am so glad people are finally watching this wonderful masterpiece 😍❤
I'm so sad you didn't show your reaction to the "You wrote a bad song Petey!" moment. :)
I died laughing when Bean flicked the cigarette at Petey.
YOOOOOOO this is one of my favorite movies of all time. Absolutely Fantastic ;)
ME TOO !!!! WHOOOO HOOO OUR PRAYERS HAVE BEEN HEARD !!!
I love this movie because the whole "Living is more important than surviving" idea has become pretty mainstream and this movies message is pretty much the reverse. "If you put your own ideas about what a good life is over survival youre an idiot".
I recently rewatched this because someone made the argument that it was a Thanksgiving movie. It totally is BTW. But I forgot how cussing amazing this movie is! Also, there is a fun Easter egg in the diving scene. The song they’re listening to is the love theme from the Disney Robin Hood with the foxes. Another really cool detail is they talk about Ash being **waves hands** "different." Ash is the only one at the end eating grape juice, not apple juice.
I hope you guys do the Grand Budapest Hotel. It’s one of my all-time favorite movies.
Fun Facts:
1) the breakfast scene in the beginning shows Mr Fox's coffee mug, which is made to look just like the personal coffee mug of Fantastic Mr Fox's author, Roald Dahl
2) When Mr Fox is talking to Kylie about how he plans on robbing Boggis' farm, the room he does it in is styled to look exactly like the interior of Roald Dahl's "writing hut" which was where he wrote all of his famous novels and was located in his backyard. The shed was eventually moved & is currently on display in the "Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre" in Great Missenden, England.
Ash spits when he’s mad or upset but he’s the best character along with Krisffeton and this movie is amazing. It’s perfect for the fall as well.
You should watch more Wes Anderson Movies. Start with the Royal Tannenbaums or The Grand Budapest Hotel. He also did "Isle of Dogs" which is another stop motion film like this one.
I rewatched this movie last month in my Film Studies class when learning about stop motion. So damn good!
If you see an animal and you ask yourself, "is that a wolf?" It's a coyote. Or possibly a wild dog. If you see a wolf, you say "HOLY CRAP THAT'S A WOLF"
this is so weird to me I was just watching reactions to this movie last night and literally hoped yall would do this one someday. what timing lmao
I like seeing people being amazed how stacked the cast is for this movie, because as a Wes Anderson fan every one of his movies is like that, and every new movie just has even more huge names than the previous, it's awesome
The news was there because it's a small town in England... this is the biggest story they've gotten in 80 years
Yeah, 3 millionaires working together to dig for a fox would ABSOLUTELY be on the news. It would be a whole documentary on a streaming service 😅
My parents used to put this movie on all the time for me as a kid! This movie is so awesome
I’m so happy that you guys finally watched this after I recommended this movie for you guys and I’m so glad that you all liked it!!!
Chicken Run (2000) is another stop motion movie and it's one of my favourites. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it.
What the cause word!!! I didn't expect an amazing surprise
The book ends with the men sitting around the hole waiting while the animals steal all the food
Y’all haven’t seen anything yet, u need to do a whole Wes Anderson series lol. The Grand Budapest Hotel is a great one to do next, My other recommendations r the Isle of Dogs, The Royal Tenenbaums, Bottle Rocket, The Darjeeling Limited, The French Dispatch, and Asteroid City. If I had to only pick 2 they would probably be Budapest Hotel and Isle of Dogs, but all my recommendations r really good.
I can’t believe they got to keep all the cussing from the book and put it in the movie. Too bad about Mr. Fox’s other two sons though.
One of my top 3 favorite animated movies.
I literally watched this movie two days ago with my parents. It’s great 👍

Bill Murray is in almost all of Wes Anderson's movies
16:52 - 16:54 You skipped the whole scene of him destroying stuff? Why? It was a good one. 😫😔

This is a cussing good movie.
Fox is great and I love it (was one of my favorite books as a kid), but in terms of stop motion my favorite film has to be Kubo and the Two Strings. Such an excellent film.
Nice vid
ANOTHER CLASSIC! You should watch The Isle of Dogs next.
6:04: Yeah. Ash is a little asshole at first. XD3
If you guys liked this one you should react to The Isle Of Dogs, it's another stop motion movie by Wes Anderson, the same guy behind Fantastic Mr Fox
Would anyone like to see the Bionicle movies on here?
4:48 Homelander
Wes Anderson's best film. BY FAR.
(Isle Of Dogs is good, too)
This is probably one of my 5 favorite movies, I could watch it every day for the rest of my life
One of my favorite stop motion movie! 🦊
Aaaa they cut out alot of good character interactions
If you want something darker than this, you should watch The Fox and the Hound, or Disney's first PG rated movie The Black Cauldron
I loved this movie could you guys please react to TMNT 2007 movie and 2003 TMNT series?
If you guys like stop motion movie, i recomended stop motion movie the name is "Kubo and the two strings" Its very² owesome movie...
Sorry if my English bad😂
I can't believe you guys haven't watched the Grand Budapest Hotel yet. You'd love it.
Yes yall should watch The Grand Budapest Hotel; other great Wes Anderson movie.
If you ask me what my favorite movie is it’s a tie between Spirited Away 🐉 & Fantastic Mr. Fox🦊!!!
Ya'll need to watch the Islas of Dogs next. Also please check out Guillermo Del toro Pinocchio.
im a massive Aardmans fan, so I think you guys mgiht enjoy The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists.
This is like the original zootopia you cannot tell me otherwise😂
Y’all totally missed the end of the movie showcasing the supermarket being owned by boggus bunce and bean 😂
Y’all should watch Isle of Dogs. It was done by the same stop motion group and director and is really good

Please to Isle of the dogs next
this movies so fun
Watch Andor
Next, maybe you could do 'Isle of Dogs,' which is animated in the same fashion and has the same quirky style of humor.
There are a couple of things you just have to accept here in your suspension of disbelief - like how'd they get a fox-sized motorcycle - but the one that nags at me is this: two dozen men with guns get chased around the lot by one rabid beagle? Seems to me like there's a quick solution, to that. It also took me several viewings to realize that Mrs Bean didn't spot them in the cellar because she didn't have her glasses on, at the time. This was the movie that - much too late - introduced me to Michael Gambon's unique voice and inimitable acting style, which I very much enjoyed.
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO literally one of my favorite movies of all time, so glad yall enjoyed!
