I love chia seed pudding!! I’ve been making it for years! I put mine in a mason jar with milk honey and I usually add my fruit before I let it sit usually some frozen blueberries or other berries and it’s amazing!! I add less milk than that so mine is thicker more like a thick porridge but it’s my favorite go to snack and you can even let it sit anywhere from about 2 hours-24 hours in the fridge. Depending on the amount of chia seeds I think 2 hours usually does a good job of soaking the milk up and softening the seeds. I let it sit longer for my berry flavor to come out and I also make sure I have some spots where chia seeds are clumped together so they don’t fully soften up and it’s even better! My daughter says it looks like kitty litter but it’s the best!

My mom taught me that when you want to get the last little bit of honey out put it in the microwave for like 5 seconds (not any longer ) and the honey gets runny so you can get it out but when it’s back to room temp it will be the normal consistency again 😌

Love chia seed. My favorite breakfast or snack recipe is: Oatmeal, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, sugar or honey and fruit of choice. Leaving over night. I dont like it cold so I warm it up.
Basic chia recipe...2c water or liquid of choice, 7Tbs chia, 1 tsp vanilla, sweeten with sweetener of choice. Mash up any kind of fruit you like. Vanilla is optional and you can use other extracts. Experiment and find your own flavor combo.
