It’s a reliable, quick and practical hatchback that won’t beat you up. Everyday Driver on RUclips drove it against the VW Golf R (last gen) on a twisty mountain road and the naysayers might change their tune when they see how it drives in a challenging environment. It’s not a Mazdaspeed by name, but the DNA is always present.
i just turned in my leased 2021 3 Turbo 2.5 HB and am waiting for my 2023 3 Turbo Premium Plus HB to arrive. Everyone kept tying to push me into a CX-30 Turbo or the CX-50 turbo (it does steer and handle well for an SUV) but my heart belongs to the 3 Turbo. It's just so much fun to drive. The turbo 2.5 engine was meant to go with this vehicle.
Want. Reliable. Practical. Affordable Luxury. Aesthetic appeal. And a driver to car experience one can never forget. Just hoping the in-cabin road noise have been improved. 😅
I've found it to be pretty decent on roadtrips I get 34 mpg, so about 380 miles of range. (I also came from a mustang, so anything over 300 miles is an improvement)
Why would you compare a pre-covid price for an entirely different car, and say "for the same money"? Well a '94 Corvette was the same price new... Makes just as much sense.
Not very practical. You don't need more than 200bhp and AWD in this car. Let's be real, most of the time you're not using even half of its capabilities while you pay extra for these features.
If Mazda topped out the price of a 3 Turbo around $31,000, it would be worth it as compared to a CX-5. While the 3 is a beautiful vehicle, it could use an extra inch or two of rear headroom and legroom.

Such a good looking car. Damn. I don't think there is another car under 40k that looks this good.
Just picked up a 2023 Mazda3 Turbo Hatch Premium Plus in Machine Gray Metallic and I am VERY happy with it!!

I would have done the same. I did went with a Sedan to a HB on a 2016 to 2018. Also own a 2012 Sedan & a 2013 Speed3.
Only thing holding me back is no remote start … is there a app that has it or no ?

Mazda has done a great job with their cars.
My problem is the gas tank size … i think that should be talked about more often from car reviewers especially when comparing vehicles.
That’s so true. So small. Living with it for the week we found it to be problematic

If it came with a manual
How do you shut the inside light off everytime the door opens?
It’s a heads up display. Not a head up display young man. They were created for fighter jets first.
Mazda 3 hatchback turbo premuim plus black (227 hp)
need this fr.🗣️
Idk if they can beat Subaru AWD system
It beats the cvt at least
I own one. If you’re considering. Do it.
Yeah I would
Too bad no manual transmission, and for the same money , a brand new sti was about the same before the Covid none sense

this is not a reviewer is a mazda seller
35k is too much. 30kish would be a solid price point.
It goes for 28k USD here in Canada roughly 38k CAD

On 87. Premium gets 10 more.
I own it. It's actually leatherett seats not real leather 😁 Regardless, it's an incredible car.
It’s because you don’t own the premium plus lmao
I have a 2023 turbo hatch 🐣
