Also i love love love the sign that says
"Be such a Beautiful Soul that people crave your vibes!"
Love it!!!
In reality sometimes it feels like ppl try to covet me so i have been practicing keeping healthy Boundaries with ppl but its a sweet seed to plant for a reminder to those who arent yet awake or need a boost to their vibes etc 😊❤
Great reminder ❤️
Woodglut has a lot of designs to choose from.
I honestly didn’t think I would like this but now that I’m seeing it finished I’m absolutely in love with the effect and how it pops and the rub off with the Modge was a super crafty way of making custom signs that have that rustic charm. I would only say that you kinda skipped over the sanding part to sand the corners and edges. A 220 grit is ideal. I like breaking the surface of the wood with 80 grit then doing a light but even 220 to help absorb the stain. The edge breaking effect does make the sign appear like it’s been around awhile and that adds character to the saying or phrase you’re using. Again, I loved this video and the music was cute and playful. Rustic anything is hot and it always sells. It’s kinda like a well written country song or some folk backwoods music that makes you feel like it’s going to be okay if you’re broke, money ain’t everything.
Glad you enjoyed! Great tips! Thanks for watching

I used your method on a charcuterie board with Payne's Gray acrylic, it turned out like some kind of exotic wood, beautiful! And I like the idea that it's eco-friendly. Thank you so much! I coated it with food grade butcher block conditioner.
Oh how beautiful!
Thank you for explaining what has worked for you, and what hasn't. A lot of other channels only speak of their success, and it's nice to know others have craft fails too, and how to fix them!
Thanks Melissa🌸 I have created lots of projects that went real bad 🤣 clean up and move on lol.. ...

Been using this technique on recent projects and it's great. It even worked well on an mdf wreath ring I wanted to stain. It just needed 2-3 coats since it absorbs the water so fast. But still great! Thank you

I am so glad to have found this video i was trying to do a diy and and wood looked kind of blank so i wanted a stain but its expensive so i looked at some videos but all of them required some kind thing that i didn’t have at home! Thanks!
Glad I could help!
i do lots of outdoor signs and flags and whatnot using reclaimed old lumber, so i go the oil stain route. after lots of trial and error i have just settled on spray paint, acetone, and vegetable oil as my recipe. ratios are random usually, depending on the spray paint. for extra protection, spar urethane is a good sealer to make a rustic old barnwood flag hold its color a good long time.
Fantastic sunshine! Thanks for the share. Loved that sign. 🌞💚🇨🇦
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank-you! Beautiful ❤

You may already be aware of this handy hint:
If you want to paint or stain a board, you can do 5 sides at once if you place an egg cartons underneath.
Even better if you get those bigger cartons and you can tack them to you work table and close the lid.
What a great tip! Thanks for watching
