    گھٹنوں کا درد یا کھرل پڑنے کی وجہ صرف اور صرف پاوں کے پھٹے کا سکڑنا ھوتا ھے دوائ کے بغیر پٹھوں کو صحیح حالت میں رکھے اگر آپ کا پاوں سیدھا نھیں ھوتا تو اس کا مطلب ھے کہ آپ کے پٹھے سکڑ گئے ھیں ورزش کے ساتھ ساتھ آپ سیدھا لیٹ جائے پاوں کے نیجے بڑا تکیہ رکھ لے تھوڑی دیر بعد آپ پاوں کو لیٹے ھوئے اٹھاتے جائے اور پاوں کے پنجروں کو آگے کی طرف 1 منٹ تک روکے رکھے بار بار یہ ایکسرسائز کرتے جائے یہ میرا ذاتی تجربہ ھے
