Some health issues may come your aged time at the time you're died physically but mentally active this kind of causes coming before you have to do some exercise, yoga, meditation it's helps your mind relaxation and physically fitness too because that's your life your self nobody helps you.

    Whenever I feel stressed , I pen down my thoughts as to why I feel stress. After sometime , I begin to make a plan of pending work ( academical and non academical ) to be disposed. This gives me boost. If not , I take a short nap.

    You are really GREAT Doctor. It is very good that if you have a stressful day, at the end of the day you exercise/doing yoga, doing healthy workout. I used to watch motivational speech by many people like Suki Sivam sir, Parveen Sultana mam, etc., and sometimes I won't speak to anyone if I have a stressful day. I really appreciate your advice and motivational speech to people like me. But, I have a doubt Dr., that being stressed and really one's mood will not be normal, how can a person engage in exercise or doing yoga like you Dr.? Thank you for your video dr. 💐
