What is meditation exactly?
It's a practice that's been passed down for an extremely long time.
There must be a reason why people continue to practice it!
Meditation can be defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.[1]
Meditation has been practiced since antiquity in numerous religious traditions and beliefs. Since the 19th century, it has spread from its origins to other cultures where it is commonly practiced in private aThere are many things in life that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind - and to change them for the better. According to Buddhism this is the most important thing we can do, and Buddhism teaches that it is the only real antidote to our own personal sorrows, and to the anxieties, fears, hatreds, and general confusions that beset the human condition.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Buddhist meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.

1) Jab ham daily 8 hrs sote hai to us waqt bhi hamare zehan main koi kyal nhi ata. To nend QQ meditation nhi hai jb k meditation ka mtlb soch ko rokna.

Great video but I have a request, please when you make a video in Urdu, then please use no English words in it. I wanted to send this video to my Parents (They studies till 5th Standard) So they can’t understand English words (which are main keys of the video and I am not talking about the names of brain Parts and etc, I know they mostly stay in English names). Its very hard to find something fully in Urdu or even in Hindi :(
