I agree. Most of us will eventually dip a pan, but few will get in the river and snipe. Some of my favourite Two Toes vids are Gary sniping as well. If the government ever pulls its head out of its backside and at least allows a sluice box or heaven forbid, a high banker, I’d be a happy man.

I enjoy the crevice videos. In or out of water doesnt matter. Just breaks up the monotony when you find random things in crevices. Keeps it intriguing :)
I find the channels with a great deal of different material the most entertaining. Sniping, panning, arrowhead hunting, river cleaning ... You film it, I’ll watch it!
Hey Pauly! Personally, I'd like to see more sniping vids. Your gold recovery is much better than sluicing or panning, plus the underwater scenes are kewl lookin!

Hey bud here is a question for you. What do u do with all the gold you end up finding? Do you save it all and eventually sell it or keep it in a collection? Dan Hurd did a video where he showed a bunch of his gold collection that saved from his adventures. It would be really to see your entire collection and maybe some stories behind some of the nuggets and finds. Awesome videos as always keep up the great work!!

Super stuff again buddy. Keep a mixture of what you do for everyone. Personally I think it's all great stuff. The narration works well too but I know from experience this adds a bit more time with the editing. Some of the funniest and best stuff was co-working with other RUclipsrs such as Dan Hurd. Great chemistry there.

Wow man! I am only twelve and I am interested in gold mining. Seeing how you just used a few simple tools to find that much gold in one day, makes me want to go down to a local river and just throw on some goggles and get panning!

The underwater scraping is some great ASMR!
It’s amazing how much mercury there is in rivers, especially under big boulders where you find gray mud/muck. I live in the gold country foothills in Amador County. Haven’t been as lucky as you though. This year I’m going metal detecting with my Whites TDI along the Mokelumne River. We’ll see what comes up. Wish me luck!

I like the underwater sniping ones, music is ok as long as it's lower than your talking (takes away from the serenity) I like the crevassing ones in the dry standing slate/shale that busts up easy. Thanks for the videos, you, two toes, vo gus n dan hurd are my favs. p.s. over dubbing explanations of why specific areas and your plan of attack/search is also good. p.s.s. be careful out there.

I dont have any dive goggles. Dont you get cold. It's not heated. Plus it's hard for me to see being partially blind. I have to use a magnifier glass to watch your videos. Please could you do more above water please
I love your sniping videos. There are thousands of panning and detecting vids on the net but not many great sniping vids.
I ultimately love the gold videos but I love the hybrid of showing what you also pick up on your journey. I'd like to still keep the amount of gold you yield at the end tho. That would be a nice piece!

The sniping is really exciting to watch. You use your hand to move the detritus, you must catch your fingers a lot! Would a plastic spatchular be more efficient or just cumbersome?
As for other treasures, that would be good. Any old Mills in the area where people have definatly been?

I saw plenty of bedrock that could have been broken with a hammer and chisal. Keene sells the perfect tool for this. Gold is not only in cracks it's in the bedrock where you think, no way. Painting your tools florescent orange helps.
