'Framework 7' by Christopher Bilton

A new constructivist style artwork. Working in brass has enabled new design possibilities due to its extra rigidity over silver which I used on previous pieces.
Again I started making it with very little design direction in mind. I like to work like this as it feels like the piece designs itself through me. It even tells me when its finished.
I like this one. It's much more spacious than I have made before and what would normally be contained inside the 4 corners comes out for look around it seems.
I think I'm ready to try something more daring next time.
