    We all know that the low kick is synonymous with Muay Thai. However, getting it to a point where it is an effective tool to counter an opponents aggressive boxing takes some work and specific training.

In this video taken from the full length volume he goes through some of the ways he likes to drill low kicks to counter boxing as a sparring drill with his students.

    Does anyone know if the gloves with the velcro on the inside of the wrist are OK to use for clinch work? I really like the look of them and the idea of having extra padding on the back, but I am worried having the strap on the inside will scratch up someone's face when working the clinch.

      If you wanna clinch with gloves put some tape on the velcro and it's OK. Cause yes scratching others neck and arms is annoying 😀🙏
