Honestly wouldn't put anything on here below B-Tier. Strong designs across the board really. The lowest ones would probably be the Dilanzas because I really dislike the perfectly cylindrical elephant-like feet. I'd prefer to have a bit of elongation and difference from the front to back. That along with the weird zigzag pattern on the front of the ankle armor that I can't unsee. Prodoros also doesn't really do anything for me. Otherwise I really like the designs and the Darilbalde became one of my favorites after building it. I'm not sure what you mean by the Lfrith Thorn supposed to be a "normal proportion" mobile suit. From what I've read from reference material, that's not true. It's supposed to have shorter legs to improve agility in space like how a figure skater spins faster when they bring their limbs closer to their bodies. I know there is another version of it in the side one of the reference materials but it just looks off being skinny in some areas and bulky in others. As for S-Tiers, Schwarzette, Daribalde, Pharact, all Zoworts (favorite grunt of all time now), Lfrith (Original and PrePro), and Aerial Rebuild. It's funny to me you dislike the PrePro so much, I think it's a great example of how little changes make such a difference in a good way. The color change and lack of ears turn a feminine design into a masculine one.
What i like about WfM MS is they all design by different mechanical designer, making it much more sense in universe that they're design by different companies, of course they also have different designer for each companies. It really is different from other series, where they usually have the same design, for example MS build by Zeonic and Zimmad from UC still have a similiar design, the monoeye, commander antena, etc. The only difference if you compare Zeon MS and Earth Federation MS which build by different company
WfM generally has so many good MS, it's difficult for myself to pick which I like the most or the least. Jeturk lineup is my favourite in general, but my absolute favourite would either be Calibarn or Demi Barding.
My only (minor) gripe is how many suits there are, and how many have a single episode. I feel like they did the transformers / GI Joe path of creating toys/models and then making content to sale them. That said, great designs across the board.

Pre production being in d tier is crazy. It looks fucking amazing with one of the best gimmicks in wfm
