For me it was always funny that thing with "polish sausage". But which one? We have hundreds of different sausages in Poland :D Anyway it's nice that we are known for having good sausages and meats even in far away USA :)
That's BS, i've tried that place and to be honest, it's not really that good. The meat taste like something you get from the market, the bun is something you'll definitely get from the market.
Would you have the recipe to prepare this quality of sausage (type of meat / proportion meat / fat), without betraying the famous family-made secret, thank you !
His Polish was good. He got different accent as he was probably born there or lived there for a long long time. Which should be obvious if you have some common sense. But I can understand that you don`t. 2:55 brilliant BTW :)
i'm not american, but i always thought the staple condiments on a hotdog were tomato sauce and mustard. man i'd find it hard to eat one with just mustard on it.
Authentic? With yellow mustard on a hotdog bun? Seriously? Girl, turn around and go back to Chicago. Google the Jefferson Park neighborhood on the map. Look around in that area for authentic Polish. Or South Archer Avenue. This place is a joke. The owner's Polish language skills are about as good as yours would be if you ate pierogi for a week. I'm not saying the food there doesn't taste good, but as far as being authentic, it's way short of reality. Also that sign that says "Dzienki ze jestem polski" has 2 words out of 4 misspelled and the adjective polski is used to describe objects, not people. The word "dzienki" should be spelled dzieki with a little tail at the bottom of the letter e, the z in ze should have a dot over it, and polski should say polakiem. (it's similar to when Kennedy said in Berlin, "I am a jelly doughnut". Google it) Anyone that can butcher a four-word sign that badly is not even close to authentic Polish.
I don't think anyone said it was. They do restaurants all over greater chicago. not just within city limits. Just in case you didn't figure that out already.
Sauerkraut, white sausage and mustard are amazing together. The grilled onions can't hurt either.
Not sure why, but a black girl in East Chicago speaking Polish gets me going. SO COOL! Sure would like to meet one.
I am Polish and I love your channel;) and of these, our Polish sausages something delicious :)
No to mów po ludzku jak jesteś Polakiem xd

The meat taste like something you get from the market, the bun is something you'll definitely get from the market.

She said indiana?
His Polish was questionable
Alright for third generation.
The program is about the food.
Nie dopierdalaj się do byle czego...ma akcent ale swój chłop. I hope this wasn't too...questionable.

Marry me brittany
not a real grill? on a George foreman grill? no signs of an actual grinder or if they actually grind their sausage? typical indiana and pass
@Peoplekind EXACTLY!!! There is NOTHING wrong with having an opinion. The commenter was just being honest.
i'm not american, but i always thought the staple condiments on a hotdog were tomato sauce and mustard. man i'd find it hard to eat one with just mustard on it.
Its all preference, but alot of older hotdog and burger places frown upon ketchup on anything but a french fry.
You can you can put whatever you want on it being an American has nothing to do with it
👊🤘😎🤣🙄
więc Brittney lubi polską kiełbache, hmmm ciekawe ;)
POLSKA
Not even close to the ones that was in Jew town west side of Chicago
