    I rarely use it, seeing the audio on a monitor is helping me more. And of course there is cwskimner, which can also fail. My problem is that I’m not fast enough with my ears. I’m still faster when I see it undecoded.

    I’ve seen all your videos on the FTDX101MP, are you satisfied with it? Do you recommend? Thanks for the videos.

      @DJGeorgetheoriginal it's one of the best. If not THE best hf set I've ever had. I loved the ftdx3000 and had older ft-1000 mkv but this blows them out of the water .. its not even that hard to setup of use ... if you think of it as 2 see radios ( main and sub band ) then it makes a lot more sense .. the menus are intuitive and the only thing you really need to adjust to your own liking is the tx audio and trains individual and dependent on mic and voice .
      Its the most I've ever spent on a HF set but I'd definitely fo it again ..
