Young Ale is credited with the creation of this song with her bass line from when she was 12 or 13 years old. The Warning performed the whole concept album in order in 2018 at the Lunario CDMX. They were 13, 16, and 18 years old at the time. Rudy their manager joined them on stage as a preacher preaching to the masses in Spanish. In later concerts you just get Rudy’s prerecorded sermons. Dany played the role of the lead character ‘the Queen’. Through the course of the concert you see Dany in character, with each song she is descending into obsession, madness and finally murder. The whole concert is an experience you should try out.
First of all, these ladies are everything. No weak spots, the real deal, and just as refreshingly down to earth offstage as you could get. No rockstar egos. Lyrically this song is the prologue to their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene. It's starts at the end, at the funeral of the protagonist. Her ghost is bidding us to come in and hear her sorry tale of how things can go wrong. They wrote it as teens, middle schoolers as Paulina (drums) likes to remind us. I'd gladly put it up against any of rock's big concept albums. Tells the story of obsession, madness, and murder. A classic. You're going to love this journey.
Agree, Have grown up in the 60's, 70's and so on I have heard and also seen live concept albums performed by the likes of The Who, Pink Floyd, Rush, Styx, etc..etc... QOTMS is simply the best I have ever encountered in many decades, hands down!! Their talent and writing skills are second to no one.

I discovered The Warning on RUclips as well, and they have given me so much energy, positive emotions, it is simply amazing. I will see them live in Leeds in 4 weeks - this will be the best day of 2024, I cannot wait. I have rarely seen so much talent, (hard work) and creativity in one place. Mindboggling sometimes....

The Teatro Metropolitan show is THE best produced concert video I've ever watched. It's phenomenal from start to finish, you can't go wrong with any song from that show. Dust To Dust is the opening track from the Queen of the Murder Scene concept album. I'd highly recommend watching The Warning's Lunario show where they play the QotMS album in its entirety. That's really the best way to take it in, IMHO.

Tight knit family off the stage and on. They've just crossed their 10 year anniversary playing as a band since the ages of 14, 12, 9. A fun double-reaction to do is checking out their cover of Enter Sandman by Metallica from 10 years ago and then the same song performed live at this same concert.

It was Spanish spoken in the middle (The Warning are Mexican, and it's their first language - although you wouldn't believe it by what they write and speak in English). The voice is that of their manager Rudi. He says some thing along the lines of: Brother, salvation, it's something you earn. Release your hand of resentment and wake up to a new light inside you Although your brothers They'll try to plunge you into darkness.
Oh a lyrics man right. I would therefore recommend a complete gear change an emotional ballad performed by Pau on the keyboards- Black Holes. There are many grown metal heads who were reduced to 😭😭by her performance. Enter Sandman is also a good choice to see as probably their first well watched performance when very young.

QOTMS is a concept album which tells the story of a disturbed young woman's inner journey from desire to obsession to murder and madness. The songs are told from the point of view of either the young lady's inner psychopath or her good side, which has a conscience - until it does not. It's best listened to from start to finish to understand the whole novel.

Yes, there’s songs that “must” be done in order. This song is the start of those. The album ‘Queen of the Murder Scene’ is a rock novella. This song is the prologue that welcomes the listener into her story & the spoken Spanish part is that of a preacher. Hence Dust to Dust…. Of course you don’t have to only listen to them in order but outside of the story the lyrics might come across as P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C. (That joke will also make more sense in the context of the album😊). Lunario is the go-to show for the entire album but they also did it complete at Foro DiDi (there are other songs mixed in both concerts so having the album song-list available is helpful)
This song was one that was part of a concept album they wrote as children. The lyrics might make a little more sense if you follow the storyline, but the music and the song itself are such high quality that they have stood the test of time and are still a crowd favorite at their concerts even when taken out of context.
One of my favorites! Since you like to learn the background and history of the artists, I highly recommend you to react to their 2 TEDx presentations (2016, 2017), you can see them young and talk about how they created their first album. After that, take a look at their Enter Sandman Cover from 2014 and then their awesome reimagined version at Teatro Metropolitan.
I'd watch a couple more from Teatro Metropolitan and their newest song "Hell You call a dream" live so you can see just how good they are now. Then go back 6 years and watch the Lunario presentation of the concept album. Pau, the drummer, is the principal songwriter. They wrote Queen of The Murder Scene when she was 15-16. Ale, the bassist, is only 13 during the performance.

Their voices are distinct yet blend so well together. There are shows where Paulina sings everything because Danys voice is gone and it sounds perfect. Dany just has that rock grit to her voice where Pau is more melodic.
If you take a tip, as I'm sure has already been said the songs on Queen of the Murder Scene should be listened to in order (Dust to dust works as the intro). They are all fantastic and of course you can react randomly, but being a concept album the main idea is to follow the story. They are top notch, aren't they? That's why we at TWA are so proud of them.
I think now that you have seen a couple of fairly recent and original songs. I recommend you now go back to the beginning and watch the video that started it all. In 2014 when they were 14, 12 and nine years old they did a cover of Enter Sandman to share with their grandmother and 25 million views, a couple of EPs, three full length album (a fourth coming this summer) we are here now. The do have some nice documentaries about their origins too and the The Warning Army can recommend the best one.
TW always deliver on stage and lyrically this performance is amazing the fill at the end while Dany is belting is insane. Pau singing and drumming is so good she's a phenom everyone should experience her genius. Ale's bassline at the start gets stronger throughout the song. They all play instruments. They all sing. They all are classically trained pianists. They all (together) write their songs. Pau usually starts the song and then they finish it as a group. There are songs that have been written individually by each of them. Ale started this song by giving them a bass line she was working on. If you want your heart ripped out, listen to a song Pau does on the piano. Black Holes or Breathe are good. For an easy intro, listen to her cover of Creep.
I have become obsessed (in a healthy, non-perv way) with The Warning since I first became aware of them a few months ago. Watching reactors go from ‘ok someone recommended that I watch this’ to “holy %#*$!, these girls are amazing” is always fun. Your intro was different from many, but the result was similar. Daniela, Paulina and Alejandra... The Warning. They have nothing to do with other inflated and artificially marketed bands around the world. They are the youngest veteran artists in the world of rock. Metallica, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Guns 'N' Roses and Muse are just some of the famous bands that have been very pleasantly surprised by TW's talented proposal, as well as all those fans who have sold out their concerts in the United States, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina... In addition to Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. No, I'm not talking about the rock festivals, where they were also very successful, but where they headlined and were the main attraction. Muse was so impressed with the young ladies who opened their concerts in Mexico, that they invited them to continue with them on their tour of Europe and even in their own country, the United Kingdom. It's redundant to say, but they were also very successful. Among TW's fans are musicians, music producers, sound engineers, roadies, vocal coaches, music critics, etc., from all over the world. In addition, and no less important, they are the first Latin American band to sign with a top-level international record label (UNIVERSAL MUSIC). And just to mention it superficially, what happened at the MTV VMAs was spectacular, as they impressed (impacted) the production staff and everyone who witnessed it very positively, the Director exclaimed at the end of "Evolve": "... Holly Shit, I'm a fan now!! ..." Other collaborators from the same production heard this and told it to the girls... and there is video evidence of it. . Around the world, budding rock groups are covering the band, including Asia and Australia. And all this is being done by Dany, Pau and Ale being very young and on their own merits, with discipline and professionalism. What they didn't do was to stagnate only in the field of rock in their own language, which is the "ceiling" in which other Spanish-speaking groups have always been limited... Or that they have failed. It's such a talented all-female band that they don't "exploit" their sexuality, they are educated, humble and very good human beings with a truly exemplary attitude. This year they will play as head-liners in several European countries where several have already sold out and have even had to change venues for others with greater capacity. And they will also perform at the "Wacken Open Air" 2024 in Germany, the most important metal festival and at the "Pol'and'Rock" festival in Poland, which is considered the biggest music festival in Europe and they will be there on the main stage. Recently they have announced three dates in which they will perform in Japan in June and on the first day they will do so with Band-Maid. The thing you did right in this reaction is that you went for the official live version of their Teatro Metropolitan CDMX august 2022 concert. Official live performance videos are always the duperiot versions of a The Warning dong because these ladies are stage beasts, live perfoymsnces are their element. Besides their mistakes live are slso very entertaining due to their the show must go on attitude, mustakes doesnt faze them in the slightest, they even joke om it with the audience.
Can't go wrong watching this entire concert start to finish and reacting to each song. I've watched dozens of reactors to this band as well as just watching them sing and I still get goosebumps! - Also, Paulina (Pau) the drummer does a GREAT cover of 'Creep' by Radiohead that you should check out.

While all their new music is great, I think you would enjoy stepping back to some of their earlier work. Specifically their 2017 TEDx performance where they play three original songs from their soon to be released (at the time) first album along with some commentary regarding their journey as a young band. They did a remake of the song in the last couple years with Alessia Cara collaborating with them. They have a music video of the song with Alessia Cara and they did a version of it for this concert. Agree, Have grown up in the 60's, 70's and so on I have heard and also seen live concept albums performed by the likes of The Who, Pink Floyd, Rush, Styx, etc..etc... QOTMS is simply the best I have ever encountered in many decades, hands down!! Their talent and writing skills are second to no one.

Nope, there are not many singing drummers. Phil Collins. Don Henley, Karen Carpenter. It is not easy for sure. Paulina is one of the best that has ever done both.
D2D is the prologue to their concept album QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE. That is worth doing in order some time (the live Lunario concert is fantastic)

The Teatro Metropolitan show is THE best produced concert video I've ever watched. It's phenomenal from start to finish, you can't go wrong with any song from that show. Dust To Dust is the opening track from the Queen of the Murder Scene concept album. I'd highly recommend watching The Warning's Lunario show where they play the QotMS album in its entirety. That's really the best way to take it in, IMHO.

That collaboration was for Metallica's Blacklist album from 2021 and helped their career immensely. Then what they did with that live will make better sense. 💡

I think it's better for reactors and others discovering these songs for the first time. It seems some fans only care about their own selfish desires.

I suspect it’s more that the live version is just a bunch of fun to watch, as are so many of The Warning’s live performances. But I’m with you on the music video: it’s an awesome work of art for many reasons. Finally, not sure, but it sounds like some of Alessia’s vocals are included in a backing track for the live version.

It was Spanish spoken in the middle (The Warning are Mexican, and it's their first language - although you wouldn't believe it by what they write and speak in English). The voice is that of their manager Rudi. He says some thing along the lines of:

Oh a lyrics man right. I would therefore recommend a complete gear change an emotional ballad performed by Pau on the keyboards- Black Holes. There are many grown metal heads who were reduced to 😭😭by her performance.
Enter Sandman is also a good choice to see as probably their first well watched performance when very young.

Dust to Dust is the first song from their Queen of the Murder Scene album. QOTMS is a concept album which tells the story of a disturbed young woman's inner journey from desire to obsession to murder and madness. The songs are told from the point of view of either the young lady's inner psychopath or her good side, which has a conscience - until it does not. It's best listened to from start to finish to understand the whole novel.

Yes, there’s songs that “must” be done in order. This song is the start of those. The album ‘Queen of the Murder Scene’ is a rock novella. This song is the prologue that welcomes the listener into her story & the spoken Spanish part is that of a preacher. Hence Dust to Dust….
Of course you don’t have to only listen to them in order but outside of the story the lyrics might come across as P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C. (That joke will also make more sense in the context of the album😊).
Lunario is the go-to show for the entire album but they also did it complete at Foro DiDi (there are other songs mixed in both concerts so having the album song-list available is helpful)

This really is an exceptional concert. All 22 songs are available on The Warning RUclips channel.
This song was one that was part of a concept album they wrote as children. The lyrics might make a little more sense if you follow the storyline, but the music and the song itself are such high quality that they have stood the test of time and are still a crowd favorite at their concerts even when taken out of context.
One of my favorites! Since you like to learn the background and history of the artists, I highly recommend you to react to their 2 TEDx presentations (2016, 2017), you can see them young and talk about how they created their first album. After that, take a look at their Enter Sandman Cover from 2014 and then their awesome reimagined version at Teatro Metropolitan.

I'd watch a couple more from Teatro Metropolitan and their newest song "Hell You call a dream" live so you can see just how good they are now. Then go back 6 years and watch the Lunario presentation of the concept album. Pau, the drummer, is the principal songwriter. They wrote Queen of The Murder Scene when she was 15-16. Ale, the bassist, is only 13 during the performance.

Their voices are distinct yet blend so well together. There are shows where Paulina sings everything because Danys voice is gone and it sounds perfect. Dany just has that rock grit to her voice where Pau is more melodic.
If you take a tip, as I'm sure has already been said the songs on Queen of the Murder Scene should be listened to in order (Dust to dust works as the intro). They are all fantastic and of course you can react randomly, but being a concept album the main idea is to follow the story.
They are top notch, aren't they? That's why we at TWA are so proud of them.

I think now that you have seen a couple of fairly recent and original songs. I recommend you now go back to the beginning and watch the video that started it all. In 2014 when they were 14, 12 and nine years old they did a cover of Enter Sandman to share with their grandmother and 25 million views, a couple of EPs, three full length album (a fourth coming this summer) we are here now. The do have some nice documentaries about their origins too and the The Warning Army can recommend the best one.

TW always deliver on stage and lyrically this performance is amazing the fill at the end while Dany is belting is insane. Pau singing and drumming is so good she's a phenom everyone should experience her genius. Ale's bassline at the start gets stronger throughout the song. They all play instruments. They all sing. They all are classically trained pianists. They all (together) write their songs. Pau usually starts the song and then they finish it as a group. There are songs that have been written individually by each of them. Ale started this song by giving them a bass line she was working on. If you want your heart ripped out, listen to a song Pau does on the piano. Black Holes or Breathe are good. For an easy intro, listen to her cover of Creep.

They have nothing to do with other inflated and artificially marketed bands around the world.
They are the youngest veteran artists in the world of rock.
Metallica, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Guns 'N' Roses and Muse are just some of the famous bands that have been very pleasantly surprised by TW's talented proposal, as well as all those fans who have sold out their concerts in the United States, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina...
In addition to Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
No, I'm not talking about the rock festivals, where they were also very successful, but where they headlined and were the main attraction.
Muse was so impressed with the young ladies who opened their concerts in Mexico, that they invited them to continue with them on their tour of Europe and even in their own country, the United Kingdom.
It's redundant to say, but they were also very successful.
Among TW's fans are musicians, music producers, sound engineers, roadies, vocal coaches, music critics, etc., from all over the world.
In addition, and no less important, they are the first Latin American band to sign with a top-level international record label (UNIVERSAL MUSIC).
And just to mention it superficially, what happened at the MTV VMAs was spectacular, as they impressed (impacted) the production staff and everyone who witnessed it very positively, the Director exclaimed at the end of "Evolve":
"... Holly Shit, I'm a fan now!! ..."
Other collaborators from the same production heard this and told it to the girls... and there is video evidence of it. .
Around the world, budding rock groups are covering the band, including Asia and Australia.
And all this is being done by Dany, Pau and Ale being very young and on their own merits, with discipline and professionalism.
What they didn't do was to stagnate only in the field of rock in their own language, which is the "ceiling" in which other Spanish-speaking groups have always been limited... Or that they have failed.
It's such a talented all-female band that they don't "exploit" their sexuality, they are educated, humble and very good human beings with a truly exemplary attitude.
This year they will play as head-liners in several European countries where several have already sold out and have even had to change venues for others with greater capacity.
And they will also perform at the "Wacken Open Air" 2024 in Germany, the most important metal festival and at the "Pol'and'Rock" festival in Poland, which is considered the biggest music festival in Europe and they will be there on the main stage.
Recently they have announced three dates in which they will perform in Japan in June and on the first day they will do so with Band-Maid.
For now I'm subscribing to your channel because I hope to see many reactions from you to my favorite band of all time.

Queen of the Murder Scene is my all time favorite album. If you love great song writing you will love The Warning.

The song is the Queen speaking to the listener about her demise, asking us to listen to her sad story of a decent into madness. The vocals of Dany at the end are the Queen's spirit leaving her body. The album is a concept piece that needs to be listened to from start to finish.

You might like their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene. They have a live video at Lunario 2018 where they play the entire album live. It is one of the best raw performances I have ever seen and they were unbelievably young. This song opens that show.

The thing you did right in this reaction is that you went for the official live version of their Teatro Metropolitan CDMX august 2022 concert. Official live performance videos are always the duperiot versions of a The Warning dong because these ladies are stage beasts, live perfoymsnces are their element. Besides their mistakes live are slso very entertaining due to their the show must go on attitude, mustakes doesnt faze them in the slightest, they even joke om it with the audience.

The best way to see & hear the Queen Of The Murder Scene album played live is by watching the Lunario concert. (This concert introduced the album, and was performed in Mexico to an audience including Patreon supporters from as far as the USA and Europe.)

While all their new music is great, I think you would enjoy stepping back to some of their earlier work. Specifically their 2017 TEDx performance where they play three original songs from their soon to be released (at the time) first album along with some commentary regarding their journey as a young band. If you want to see where they started, react to the Enter Sandman cover from 2014 when they were children. They did a remake of the song in the last couple years with Alessia Cara collaborating with them. They have a music video of the song with Alessia Cara and they did a version of it for this concert. Great reaction and would be cool if you could react to those 3 versions of the Enter Sandman cover.
