@@TomWambsgans-jx8pm I agree he mainly wanted to escape that lame pitch, but Kendall's shown throughout the series that he knows when to take Greg seriously (which is how he learned Shiv was in bed with Mattson)

Greg saved Tom. Had Shiv walked into that board room & it was deadlock, her being final vote & she had realised or been told what was happening, she'd have stabbed Matsson (& Tom!) in the back. Shiv is never an ally. She is a curse. She will always flip when it comes to crunch time.

Greg complicated ending with his informing sibs, but accoring to his knowledge, he was trying to save tom ( in that time Tom was afraid to be fired by mattson) so gregs Behavious was Toms fault with his "decimating Gregs salary warning"
I don't understand the logic here. Shiv was on Mattson's side, if she didn't know his manuevering, she would have voted for the deal. If Shiv figured out about the manuevering without Greg spilling the beans, chances are she would flip and the kids would still pick Kendall as the CEO to be, where Shiv would changer her mind anyway and vote for the deal. @kiratherenegade1561 sure but that's assuming Shiv doesn't tell her siblings once she figures it out. Seeing they've banded together in the series when they're not pitted against each other, seems unlikely to me. If they have their chat and appoint Ken as the heir, then it's the same result.

Crazy thing is Kendall was the most abled of the siblings to be ceo.
