Actually I did it on camera and then took it out of the video because they weren't damaged and it was a bit of a long process to show where they go and how I checked them to be sure so to shorten up the video I took that out. Felt it wasn't beneficial to most people trying to fix their Synology unit since this was unique damage caused by someone else trying to fix it and thus wouldn't be applicable to 99% of viewers.
5:18 some traces were also damaged, best practice is to check them for continuity and cover them in conformal coating.
