What's the name of this shape used in the Yuzu sorbet that you can do also with two spoons?
Called quenelle
Could anyone help me please writing the second recipe? The dark chocolate and raspberry rose recipe. I'm not English, I don't understand everything and I'd like to be more accurate.
Thanks in advance for your help.
