What side do I put my vinyl down on my mat? | Do I mirror my vinyl | Cricut | CocoBrownCreations

In this video I give you some basic some rules to follow when dealing with vinyl. If you ever find yourself questioning which side to put it down on don’t fret, you are not the only one! Even experienced crafters have that moment!
If you have a backing on your vinyl you should be putting your backing down as shown in the video.
If your vinyl does not come with the backing please follow manufacturers directions.

I’ve got an application where I think removable vinyl might solve my problem, but it is not the conventional use. I want to apply a flat black (decor side) vinyl on the back side of a sheet of clear plastic. I’m assuming the other side has the adhesive, but I need the flat black (decor) side to adhere to the clear plastic. Is there a way to do this? Possibly using transfer sheets?
