thank you for sharing how to make multicolor designs using iron on vinyl with step by step tutorials. it is a great way to achieve an attractive and beautiful design. 👍👍
Great tutorial! How do you avoid bubbles from forming under the plastic on top of the first layer of vinyl when the next layer is put on? I keep getting weird bubbles that causes textures to form on the first layer of vinyl.
Great tutorial!! How did you prevent the outline on the first layer from shrinking? I am testing and the outline is shrinking the the next layer does not fit exactly.
Thank you so much! You made making my first layers tshirt easy! Still nerve wracking as I am hard on myself when I make mistakes. But this video was super helpful!!!❤ thank so much!
question, when you layer vinyl like you did with the stay wavy shirt, does it make it feel more like thick/stiff in that area?? i saw you kept the whole base of the wave white and then added the blue to it
With my layers I'll need to use bullet registration points to align my layers. Since there will be four layers, could I put the heat transfer tape down onto the shirt where all my points line up (so they aren't ironed onto the shirt) and have the vinyl stick to the back of the tape for each layer? Would that work?
Thank you for modeling the shirts that was so helpful! Question, why did you set your cut to "more pressure"? Do you do with with all HTV or just Siser? Thank you!!
Of course! I am glad you found it helpful 😊 I typically add more pressure with both Siser and Cricut Iron on Vinyl (the HTV brands I use the most) since it cuts through the vinyl a bit better. It makes the weeding process more smooth!
@DIYholic how do you make it to where when you cut the design with your cricut the designs don't fall right off the clear plastic when peeling it off the mat? Half of my designs keep doing that... making it really hard to adjust where each piece goes when layering... thanks ❤
This was so helpful, I am just learning and I have done a few shirts and stuff but you taught mme at least 3 things I did not know. will this work if ironing on wood?
I’m so glad you found it helpful! Yes, you can use this technique on wood as well. In fact, I prefer using iron on vinyl vs adhesive on wood because it adheres a lot better and looks more smooth on the surface ☺️
Watched this again today, after first time my 2 shirts were perfect….today I goofed and did not do the 3 second rule, my designs were just a bit wonky but now I know w by. BTW. Any idea on where to find 3 x sublimiation shirts
So you don't need to press each layer as long as you would with a single layer design? Not even the final layer/ design? Pressing the last layer for only 3-5 seconds is enough?
I think it would look better with it applied last myself, and I just watched another tutorial showing how to do just that! ruclips.net/video/y0kdveVHgzs/видео.htmlsi=HnmEK_sP5Wm-x5z0
@@Snowden-3301you use your black outline layer as a guide and stick your colour on to the back of it, then place it and remove your black guide press the colour into place and repeat for as many colours you have, then position your black outline as the last full 15 second press. You are welcome! Thank you for watching ☺️
Thanks for your video. I’m brand new and wondered if you have to wash the Bella canvas shirt before you apply heat vinyl?
GREAT TUT!!! What HTV is this? It is SO PRETTY!!
Thank you!
Such wonderful videos I love it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Do you have any tutorial on sublimation on cotton?
Great tutorial!! How did you prevent the outline on the first layer from shrinking? I am testing and the outline is shrinking the the next layer does not fit exactly.
Thank you! Glad you found it helpful 😊 As mentioned in the video, I recommend heat pressing your layers for only 3-5 seconds to prevent shrinkage

Is the final press from the back 3-5 seconds also?

Hi! Can I ask where you got the shelf that your cricuts are sitting on? Or if you can share the link
Can you share a link to your plastic t-shirt guide?

I have a slight issue I use the teflan sheet but it leaves marks from the previous layer ...despite following the heat press instructions
Any tips
Can you do the same but with a regular iron?
How do I prevent air bubbles from getting in my layered designs?

What app or website are you using for this
Where and how do u look and find the designs for the tshirts

I love the Bella shirts. They are so solf and comfortable. But, after a few washing they start to pelt and look old. Any suggestions?
Mine do the same thing. They are so much softer then Gilden but I've never had a problem with Gilden.
Where did you get your heat press?
what heat press do you use?
So, I keep having a bleeding of the vinyl on the Teflon. What am I doing wrong? How can I prevent this? Possible temperature or pressure?
Since the "Palms" blue layer sheet is outlined why not heat press it last on top of all the artwork?
How you align ? Lol
