The sun is small but has a very large presence. A space with depth and altitude that makes you want to fly in a paraglider.🪂🎶~~~~ The area in the foreground looks like it is illuminated by a spotlight. Everything is beautifully staged✨🎨. It is wonderful💮.
The techniques, the colors used and the warmth and all the aspects of the painting were so good sirr, not to mention the sun stealing the show😍😍💕. Love from Kuwait🤝.
Oh wow. I've subbed. Beautiful painting by great talent, and with such effortless detail its amazing, inborn a talent. Thank you so much for sharing. .
@Chuck Black Art Always been impressed with your talent sir whether its oils or acrylics. I'm curious if you have ever thought about painting a surrealistic painting? Maybe you already have and I just haven't found it yet. Also have you painted any cityscapes? Unusual perspective paintings like from a drone view? Or from an ants view? Fish eye view? Just curious. I've always been painting landscapes and JUST now started painting the naked human figure in surrealism. The FUN I am having breaking from my "norm" is so refreshing and challenging! It's really giving my imagination new wings. I love your work, Mr. Black. Thank you for inspiring me and so many other striving artists, for so long!💞
For anyone who wants to oil paint on MDF- you can purchase a sheet of MDF and ask the person to cut 9/12 pieces from the sheet- or can cut yourself if you have the equipment- The 9/12 is a great size for landscape/seascapes/ cloudscapes in a horizontal- Should get like 60 boards from one sheet- if I remember correctly- each will cost less than a dollar- Gesso 3 layers- and can adjust the surface as desired- rough- smooth- with texture- Chuck has a gesso prep video in his playlist- if it’s still posted- Once you paint on MDF- (at first will take adjusting too) - you’ll never want to use canvas- No more tears- storage is …. And for practicing- a 9/12 or it is better for beginners to paint on a bigger surface- like 16/20- you can keep reusing the MDF board- painting over it- So many pros- Have fun - everyone… May the joy of painting be your joy… Joyipittura !
Chuck have you used the Gmablins (Radients)? They’re wonderful for those last detailed highlights and or to use on focal point- or - in a scene with dabbled light- Clouds- seascapes-
Just feedback- a 9/12 canvas is great size for the landscape- and better size for filming- for viewers to be able to capture better-- 8/10 is small for viewing - a 12 year viewer of RUclips painting tutorials/ observations- Just feedback Luv your work- I was one of your first subscribers- (Joy) .. Since changed user name- You’ve came along way- It was amazing to see your journey especially when you entered the phase to freely express with your signature brushstrokes-- bless you Chuck and thank you for sharing your journey- Question: have you noticed a difference in your overall color mixing- meaning- a compare and contrast to the older studio setup to the new-- the new studio- a tad darker- muted? Do you use the same studio lighting? What kind of bulbs do you use? Did you find a difference regarding the white walls- opposed to the new green/darker walls?
Appreciate that, and all the support through the years. No difference really, but I do think I can "see" my work better under the new lighting and wall colors. I used 3-5000k bulbs, but I like the 4000k in these bulbs and that's just me eyeing it up. I think it's closer to 4500k to be honest. But it's such personal preference and ya gotta experiment I've learned.
Hi Chuck, can I ask how long this painting took to paint from start to finish? And what brushes you used? Your paintings are amazingly beautiful. 💞. I am learning and love to paint. Thank you. 🥰

at what point did you use the Makeup sponge pens?
I might not have used them in this one, but I use them often to erase small areas to make fixes
정말 쉽죠?
Your paintin good bruh but dont add unnecessary story caption yo, its kindda distracting.
