I went there a couple of years ago in Vegas and it was alright. That dip looked awesome though. Apparently I should have tried that. Sad news about the quesadilla. They do have a lot of Vegan options, like you said, and being right on the strip, it's hard not to go back there again the next time.
Yes! I love that they have so many vegan options. I would return but I had so many other places I wanted to visit before leaving. We hope to return to Las Vegas and try some other options.
