      These are really high quality videos and I felt it really helped me "feel" more of my emotions. A massive issue for me is that even when terrible things are happening in my life I can't even get upset, let alone cry. All I feel is tense and slightly anxious. This made cry and really feel the terrible feelings I had inside. Thank you. I hope you're able to get more views for your own satisfaction and so more people can be helped by this.

    I just recently heard of this way of dealing with pent up emotions from a dear a friend of mine. I decided to look on the Web to see what I could find out more about this technique. Your take on this topic was my first pick. I immediately picked up on the truth you were sharing in your short video clip. Thank you, Alia for your sparkly enthusiasm and simplicity that has made me feel understood.

    Thank you for your explanation. I came across this technique on another channel where it was just mentioned and I wanted to find out how to practically do it. So your video helped a lot. I'm excited to try it out in my inner child work. And I also feel cool for having already done it once while trying to express my inner child when journaling without knowing that it is an actually technique.

    YES! I am totally committed to trying this out. I love that this is a way for me to get in touch with some deeper emotions I wasn't aware of. I'm a pretty cheerful person and therefore don't get angry or sad as often, but when I do I don't want to stifle that. This writing technique is perfect for getting to the bottom of my feelings and finally giving them release! Thank you for your insight and ideas, they mean a lot and really help. Keep it coming!

    Random question, but what do you use to curl your hair? It's super cute! ☺️

    • @ailagriffiths9666
      @ailagriffiths9666  5 лет назад +2

      Thank you! I really appreciate that. :) I used a small curling iron (like 1/2 inch barrel or something), and instead of pulling the hair thru in the regular way, using the clamp... I just hold a piece of hair with my fingers and wrap it around the barrel away from my face, hold the end of the hair for like 30 sec or something, and then let go. It gives a slightly different ringlet curl. I hope that makes sense!
